A longtime Hamas member has been indicted by a Manhattan federal grand jury for raising over $1.75M from donors who believed they were giving humanitarian aid to people in Gaza, using Snapchat, Instagram and Telegram, and funneling the money to Hamas. nbcnews.com/news/crime-court…

As they say in Washington, DC: It's not the crime, it's the cover-up. Ms. Rachel created a video for her children's audience with Motaz Azaiza, calling him a ‘friend.’ She has since deleted this video. Azaiza is an Arab photo journalist who recently revealed in an Arabic-only interview that he deliberately suppressed photos he took of Gazans beating civilian hostages kidnapped by Hamas on October 7 solely to protect these Gazans, that he actively participated in Hamas-organized online discussion forums for journalists that were "orchestrated propaganda efforts" (his words), and, even more shocking, that he was a member of Hamas as a teenager. Ms. Rachel is a participant in a campaign of pro-Hamas propaganda spoonfed directly to American children.

A few key revelations related to Gaza coverage in last few days: - Almost all of the media in Gaza were in a Hamas-run WhatsApp group that dictated and coordinated coverage. Including contributors to major western news organizations. - Al Jazeera fired 24 of their media members from Gaza for direct ties to terror groups - Admission that anyone in Gaza who reported anything contrary to Hamas claims was likely to be killed by Hamas. Almost all of the information that came out of Gaza was part of a coordinated disinformation campaign by the very people who started the war.

Dara Horn is a blessing to the Jewish diaspora as we struggle to find effective words and actions to proactively respond to the normalization of hatred toward Jews.
"Antisemitism is a lie that people use to gain or maintain power. And the lie is always the same: Jews are destroying what you value most." @DaraHorn joined @coldxman at the 92nd Street Y to discuss her new book, ‘The Final Solution to the Jewish Question,’ and why she thinks Jew-hatred has less to do with hate than with power.

I attended a medical conference this week. Next to me in the coffee line was a woman wearing a hijab. She introduced herself as an international surgical fellow at a major medical school (a big deal). I asked which country she’s from. She proudly said “Israel!” She’s lived in Israel her entire life, as a practicing devout Muslim woman. Was educated there. Became a physician, then a surgeon, and made it to the US for a prestigious 2 year fellowship. And she’s absolutely proud to be Israeli. She told me how surprised she is when some people react negatively to her being from Israel because she and her family are treated with respect and given every opportunity. Sounds like Israel isn’t so great at the apartheid and genocide thing. 🇮🇱

The fundamental mistake Western liberals have made for the past 25 years is believing the comforting fiction that Islamism in general -- and 9/11 in particular -- was a reaction to grievances they recognize: colonialism, poverty, Western foreign policy, etc. They don't understand that the fundamentalist mind is motivated by beliefs profoundly alien to Western democrats. Islamists don't hate you for what you do. They hate you for what you are and what you believe.

Rick Rescorla. Every American should know his name. He single-handedly saved almost 10,000 lives that day, while sacrificing his own trying to save even one more.

Remember the character from the Key & Peele skit who keeps shouting that everyone is homophobic, until he realizes that the actual reason people don't like him is that he's just an asshole? Mehdi is that, but for "Islamophobia". 😂
Sorry, what does BDS have to do with 9/11? Funny how Islamophobes like @Noahpinion accuse pro-Palestine people of being obsessed with the Middle East and Israel but it’s always the pro-Israel people inserting Israel into everything.
