The usual suspects flipping out over the UVU “independent” report and how it confirms all of their baseless conspiracy theories don’t seem to appreciate some basics: 1) The “independent” report was prepared by a firm that was mandated by UVU. It is not surprising that the report - prepared by a firm commissioned by UVU - would place the blame on TPUSA when Erika and Charlie’s estate recently filed a Notice of Claim against UVU. It’s the wild coincidence of law… A client’s expert always seems to prepare a report that confirms the clients position (sarcasm). 2) Virtually nobody whose opinion should be taken seriously has suggested Charlie’s security is not at least partly to blame. 3) Most important, the report effectively confirms the shot came from the unsecured roof. There goes the exploding microphone theory… There goes the armed drone being dispatched by a low flying plane. Yes, virtually everyone agrees Charlie’s security is at least partly to blame and shares in liability for what happened. But the “independent” report prepared by the university that is about to be sued would predictably lay the blame on Charlie Kirk‘s security. And the report directly contradicts a number of the more outlandish conspiracy theories. More important, it confirms a number of the main facts that so many have been denying from the beginning. If Erika and Kirk estate’s wrongful death lawsuit against UVU et al. survives a motion to dismiss, expect UVU et al. to implead Charlie’s security as a third-party defendant and rely on this report to justify that action.

The UVU police chief the day after Charlie was assassinated, said "You try to get your bases covered, and unfortunately today we didn’t." Records of their security plan and even Jeff Long’s phone records were FOIA’d and blocked by multiple outlets. What is even crazier is Tyler Robinsons own lawyers wrote in support of blocking the records request. What is going on at UVU and what are they hiding? 👀👀

UVU REVIEW SYNOPSIS An independent review of Utah Valley University’s security planning and response surrounding the assassination of Charlie Kirk found significant gaps in preparation for the high-profile outdoor event. Among the most important findings: • No comprehensive written security plan: The event did not have a formal Security Assessment or written Event Action Plan outlining staffing, responsibilities, communications, contingencies and when additional resources should be requested. • Open outdoor venue created vulnerabilities: The area had multiple access points, adjacent buildings, elevated walkways and numerous locations overlooking the event, complicating perimeter security and situational awareness. • No comprehensive perimeter or screening: There was no controlled perimeter, formal attendee screening or credentialing system. Non-ticketed attendees generally could enter the event area without going through a controlled security point. • Rooftop concerns were raised before the event: TPUSA security specifically raised concerns about student roof access near Kirk’s location. UVU restricted the Hall of Flags walkway and posted two officers there, but reviewers described that as a reactive measure rather than part of a documented site-security plan. • Security cameras were not being specifically monitored for the event: Camera footage proved valuable after the shooting, but no one had been assigned to monitor relevant feeds in real time for event security. Reviewers recommend considering technology that could detect people on rooftops or in restricted areas. • Staffing and resources were a concern: Reviewers found the lack of a formal security assessment, reliable attendance estimate and written plan made it difficult to systematically determine how many officers and resources were needed. • No ambulance was staged at the event: Two UVU EMTs were there with trauma packs and provided aid after the shooting, but they could not transport patients, including Kirk, to a hospital. • Problems identified years earlier resurfaced: A 2023 active-assailant exercise had already identified communication and situational-awareness problems. Reviewers said similar issues surfaced again on Sept. 10, suggesting earlier corrective actions had not been fully implemented or validated. • Emergency alerts were problematic: The report says no immediate campus alert was activated by the police chief as incident commander, and subsequent alerts included delays, changing guidance and contradictory information. The review also emphasizes what worked, including officers responding quickly after the shooting and UVU’s existing emergency plans and security technology. The report’s larger conclusion is that many of those existing resources were not sufficiently integrated into a formal, coordinated security operation for the event.

NOT SO FAST THERE SKIPPY @RealCandaceO I just did a cursory review of this "UVU PAID FOR REVIEW" UVU HAS A MAJOR PROBLEM. THE policy that was IN FORCE when Charlie Kirk was killed. UVU Policy 425 says the UNIVERSITY department handling the event was responsible for informing organizers of its procedures and “ENSURING ALL REQUIREMENTS ARE MET PRIOR TO USE OF THE SPACE.” Read that again SKIPPY. It gets worse. This was a political event. Under UVU's own 2025 policy, that placed it within the “major event” framework. Major events were required to undergo review for HEALTH AND SAFETY concerns, and outdoor major events were specifically required to undergo a SAFETY ASSESSMENT. THAT IS UVU OWN DOCUMENT SKIPPY. Who controlled approval? UVU. Who could impose safety conditions? UVU. Who could deny the request or require a modified event? UVU. Who expressly reserved the authority to CANCEL an event because of a significant safety threat? UVU. And now UVU's own commissioned independent review says: “Because the event was held on UVU’s campus, UVU should have retained decision-making authority over key security-related issues.” EXACTLY. You cannot say, “TPUSA wanted the courtyard, so we let them have it,” and then turn around after a man is assassinated and complain that TPUSA's preference created a security problem. That ain't how it works If the location was unsafe, THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER APPROVED IT. If required procedures weren't completed, DON'T LET THE EVENT PROCEED. If the security assessment wasn't adequate, FIX IT BEFORE OPENING THE EVENT. TPUSA even warned UVU's police chief about rooftop access and offered to put one of THEIR OWN security people there. The alleged response? “I got you covered.” Most normal people would assume that would be all ROOFTOPS that people could access. The independent review itself found UVU lacked a formal security assessment, written event action plan, documented line-of-sight assessment and adequate pre-event security coordination. TPUSA's conduct can be examined too. But “TPUSA didn't follow our protocols” is not an answer to the glaring question: WHY DID THE UNIVERSITY ALLOW A MAJOR POLITICAL EVENT TO PROCEED IF ITS OWN REQUIRED SAFETY PROCESS HAD NOT BEEN completed? UVU KNEW ROOFTOPS HAD LINE OF SIGHT. That should have been addressed first and foremost. No, you fools have this backwards, even a slanted review is BIG PROBLEMS for UVU. Perhaps this is WHY things from UVU are being leaked to @RealCandaceO possible quid pro quo? Not going to do you any Good Candace, YOU ARE COOKED.

Synced up with this live stream, you hear the NATIONAL COMMERCIAL playing at 7:16 pm Phoenix time. The exact timestamp of Erika Kirk voice. Furthermore, a user in Central Time was complaining about the AD playing at 9:16, which corresponds to 7:16 Phoenix time. National AD, followed by Local Ad. So, @RealCandaceO has been debunked, so now we will get this nonsensical UVU review where she is simply trying to taint a civil jury for her lawsuit with Harpole. It is all over for her. GAME OVER. Miss Virgo confirmed she was the one in the pictures. Maya (Derry) was caught red-handed lying bigly, just like she lied about Candace following her, which I proved she wasn’t. I’m sure many of you have run into Maya aka Candace Guardian. She’s one of the most unhinged Candace stan accounts around. MOST PEOPLE DONT KNOW THIS. Months ago “Maya” had a different name and profile picture. I caught “Maya” spreading a hit list that she made trying to influence other Candace fans to kill me and others. Once I caught “Maya” doing this and let the FBI know about it she immediately shut down her account. Then months later she returned as “Candace Guardian” thinking that I and others wouldn’t know it was the same person under the same page. She just changed the name and profile picture. Since then she’s been even more unhinged attacking and harassing people literally nonstop. I never said anything about knowing it was the same person until now because I wanted to give her an opportunity to put her craziness on full display as the FBI looks into her for the hit list she made. But stealing another person’s identity and hiding behind that identity to attack, doxx, and harass others is crazy work. I guess in her pea sized brain she thought this would throw off anyone who was looking into her for the hit lists she was making.
