Having an AI that schedules meetings and coordinates my calendar has been a massive unlock for me. Currently using and paying for @blockitAI I've had lovely human EAs in the past and I have to say that an AI just works better. Instant replies. Never forgets. Always working. Hard to compete. This makes me both happy and sad.

What does BlockItAI do that OpenClaw can’t?

I don't trust OpenClaw yet with my personal calendar. Probably will do in the future though. Just need to get comfortable.

@blockitAI looks cool, but I refuse to signup for a service that doesn't tell you the price up front. If your product is so good, the price wouldn't scare people away.

scheduling was step one. wait until it runs your pipeline, follows up, and closes without you

the edge is response-time and memory, not scheduling itself. once agents keep full context across inbox + calendar, human ea becomes escalation-only.

Man how long until we institute f2f 121s and PDRs with agents?

The "never forgets, always working" part is what gets me. No sick days, no context switching, no "let me check and get back to you."

instant replies + never forgetting = genuinely hard to compete with. curious what you'd want it to handle next beyond calendar management

We celebrate optimisation. We quietly grieve displacement.

Thank you for being an early user! Let me know if we can improve in any ways!

The scary part is not instant replies, it is when the AI EA starts chaining inbox context, calendar, travel and CRM together and one bad prompt or auth bug silently trashes an entire week of meetings.
46
the best human EAs are now competing with something that doesn't sleep or have bad days

the trust gap is shrinking fast. automated my email triage last month and it took exactly one missed meeting invite to add calendar access too

What's up with their Auth? No Social Auth?

That's real, the convenience is undeniable. Instant coordination, zero latency and no context switching. But it also raises a bigger question, if AI becomes the default operator, how do we make sure the economics stay bounded? Automation feels magical, until cost per task quietly drifts. What are your thoughts on value vs cost at scale?

It doesn’t work yet with apple calendars?
