I thank all of our emergency services, which always respond quickly to help people after Russian attacks. There were also drone strikes today on a warehouse used by McDonald’s. An attack drone – against ordinary food products… The Russians are constantly expanding their escalation operation: American and other businesses, data centers, internet providers – for Russia, ordinary life in and of itself is simply a target. All of this undermines people’s ability to stay connected, study, and work. It is important that the world responds to all of this and that Russia feels the response to its terror. Our long-range capabilities and the world’s sanctions must work in concert toward exactly that – concrete consequences for Russia.

Relentless drone attacks on Ukrainian cities continue. Today, 7 people have been confirmed dead in Kyiv. Russia is striking densely populated civilian areas in broad daylight, attempting to paralyze life in the capital and cause maximum casualties.
