3/4 -in response to #FOIL request- that @ConEdison has NO RECORDS of #GasLeaks, etc. @ 179E93. Well Inspector Feliciano also issued @NYCHousing Violations for NO SUPER & FAILURE TO LIST WHO HAS KEY TO HEATING SYSTEM. But #HPD has REPEATEDLY failed to enforce those violations.
