I was on my way to Jantar Mantar to join Shri @RahulGandhi ji, who was leading a peaceful protest. Delhi Police stopped us and I am now at Barakhamba police station. This is an assault on the right of every citizen to assemble and to dissent. An elected Chief Minister cannot be picked up for joining a peaceful protest.
