This is the moment Channel 4 News Foreign Affairs Correspondent Secunder Kermani was charged at by a group of Israeli settlers in the Occupied West Bank. The settlers have laid siege to a Palestinian home, while nearby Israeli soldiers keep watch but do not intervene. Violent attacks by Israeli settlers against Palestinians in the West Bank have risen dramatically over the past two years, while Israel's government has approved a record number of new settlements.

"This is what we are willing to die for as Palestinians", Hazem Jbara told us, showing us half a bag of olives—all he managed to harvest in 10 minutes before settlers attacked him. I watched from the rooftop as they came from two sides, trying to trap Hazem and @infinite_jaz and @the_andrey_x , who accompanied him. They barely escaped.
