Yesterday morning, Wise County welcomed Nate Sheets, Republican candidate for Texas Agriculture Commissioner, as his statewide bus tour made a stop in our community. Nate shared his vision for the future of Texas agriculture, and we had the opportunity to pray over him and his team as they continue their journey across the state.
From there, I joined Speaker Dustin Burrows and fellow legislators for the One Party, One Mission Bus Tour in Collin County, including my dear friend, State Representative Keresa Richardson.
Keresa is a woman of strong Christian faith and a dedicated servant leader whose commitment to her constituents was evident throughout the day. It was a privilege to stand alongside her, the Speaker, and our fellow elected officials as we visited with voters, listened to their concerns, and discussed the issues shaping the future of Texas.
Grateful for a day filled with fellowship, faith, and meaningful conversations with the Texans we are honored to serve!

Early voting is happening NOW in Missouri. I encourage every Missourian to get out and vote YES on Amendment 3 to protect children, stop late term abortions, and restore women’s health and safety standards.
Amendment 3 would permanently prohibit gender transition interventions for minors, including puberty blockers and cross-sex hormones. Missouri’s current restrictions on such are set to expire in 2027.
Additionally, Amendment 3 protects access to care for miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies, and medical emergencies. It also requires parental consent for minors seeking abortions and restricts taxpayer funded abortions.
