This was an impossible task, I left out so many JRPGs, Metroid, crash team racing, control, death stranding, planescape torment, silent hill, resident evil, tomb raider, tomba, SotN 😵
Claude Code will now try to find a graceful stopping point when you hit your 5-hour limit mid-task, instead of cutting off mid-edit. It gets a small, fixed allowance pulled from your weekly limit to wrap up what it can.
The least architectural and structural decisions you delegate to AI, the better.
Let it do the code monkey, but you should always be the senior making key decisions during the whole process.
If you are not, well, you will have problems sooner or later, my friend.
Something AI agents can't do on their own if left to run without precise instructions constraints and fences, is respect KISS principles
They get verbose, overdo requested tasks, and address what they think are "issues" even when not instructed
Anyone else experiencing this?
When authoring skills for an AI agent you can't just blindly trust AI itself to write the constraints that it needs to follow later when actually coding: you need to revise and tweak them, your direction should be intentional, at least if you want the AI to work your way.
What's the problem with people reaching out with one-liner cold emails, with no introduction at all, barely an understandable request, and asking to schedule a meeting?
People going full agentic and telling you that if you read your code you are wasting time, and people manually tweaking animation values and small visual details because it also needs to "feel" right.
I'm in the latter category.
I hate the phrase "code is cheap" so much
✅ Communicates that code has become cheaper to produce
❌ Implies that code is disposable, low worth, not worth caring about
Code is the environment the agent operates in. Better code = better output
