STARLINK: SpaceX'S Starlink gateway in Santa Olalla, Toledo, Spain, visible from the A-5 near km 83. The center unit is another sky-facing trihedral corner reflector array I have reported about at other sites around the world. Each unit is three metal plates meeting at a right-angle corner. A radar pulse that hits the inside of that corner reflects straight back to the satellite, so the point has a known, stable radar signature. They are calibration and check targets for synthetic aperture radar (SAR). Using them for Starshield SAR calibration is a reasonable read but that has not been confirmed. The site is one of five Spanish ground stations, added in early 2025 with Gelida, Barcelona, after Madrid, Alicante, and Huelva. Tesla Semi Rollout Event Content Clarification It is with some disappointment that I share that I will be unable to provide content on the actual upcoming Tesla Semi Rollout event as Tesla chose to not send an invite to the Tesla Semi Advocate. I am confident that other invitees will do an excellent job of keeping all of us interested in this program updated. It seems my role is the same as it has always been which is to provide drone videos of the high-volume factory, the pilot production line which will continue to produce variants, and ground shots of the semi in-action.
