A very interesting thing happened in Gaza today that was totally overlooked by the media. According to merchants in Gaza, Hamas charges $3,000 for every truck that enters the strip. In addition, it requires merchants to sell approximately 30% of their goods in cash, which enables the organization to gain control over the proceeds. At 600 trucks per day, this translates to at least $1.8M per day. What can I say? Every don in Sicilia would be jealous. Now, a merchant refused to pay this protection money and in response Hamas kidnapped his son. Following this incident, other merchants have announced they will suspend all coordination of goods entering the Gaza Strip through the private sector, effective immediately. I have no doubt Hamas and its allies in the West are going to use this to accuse Israel of starving Gaza again, so keep your eyes open.

October 7th survivor testimony that describes seeing the amphetamine use by Hamas.
SURVIVOR FOOTAGE: Her dad was convinced she was dead, but she survived. “People need to understand the sheer brutality and scale of what happened.” "I looked up and saw a totally ecstatic person just shooting, smiling ear to ear." They escaped. Remember the survivors🎗️

Think about it. Have you ever met a Jew with gut issues?
Switched to Kosher bread a few weeks ago. Used to get mild headaches, gut issues with bread. Completely gone with Kosher bread. The Goyslop is real y'all.

The battlefield medics have balls of steel (including the women) and stick to the protocols. If you put a chest drain in, there will be a system wide investigation of why you did it. I have seen video of a soldier with a gaping throat wound, and they stuck to the no intubation if they’re awake rule, sat him up and put an oxygen mask over the hole and shipped him out.
Replying to @brianoflondon
It’s less about the tertiary centres, and more about innovations like using whole blood, freeze dried plasma, never using intercostal chest drains and not intubating. There’s also Israeli bandages, and point of care intraosseus needles. The use of whole blood on the battlefield was a really big innovation.

Even the court judgement said Sall was so inaccurate in her representations that she was “disingenuous at best”.
You were prepared to stand up and tell the truth when the powers that be fell to a nonsensical lie. Congrats 🥳 😘❤️

I just read that a historian who set out to prove that Leonardo DaVinci was not Jewish ended up instead proving that in fact he was born to a Jewish teenager named Caterina, who was captured by the Tatars and sold into slavery. Around 1439 she was shipped across the Black Sea to Constantinople, then sold to Venetian merchants and taken to Venice, then on to Florence by about 1442, in the household of Donato and Ginevra. Donato had traded in the Levant and the Black Sea and already used Circassian slaves in textile work. In Florence she did household and workshop service and was rented out as a wet nurse. The Tablet article says she was also used as a sex slave, and that she already had children by the time Piero “borrowed” her as a nurse for his daughter and then freed her after Leonardo’s birth. She would have been about 15. The historian Carlo Vecce found an emancipation act in the Florence State Archives dated November 2, 1452, about six and a half months after Leonardo’s birth on April 15, 1452. It was drafted and signed by Leonardo’s father, the notary Piero da Vinci, acting as solicitor. It frees a woman named Caterina, described in Latin as filia Jacobi eius schiava seu serva de partibus Circassie: “daughter of Jacob, his slave or servant from the parts of Circassia.” Apparently, Circassian women were especially sought after. “Caterina” was a name often given on forced conversion to Christianity. “The most probable hypothesis, given what I found, is that Caterina was Jewish.” His background: Carlo Vecce is a historian and philologist. He is Professor of Italian Literature at the University of Naples “L’Orientale,” and a specialist in Renaissance literature and civilization. His doctorate, at the Catholic University of Milan, was on that field. Since 1994 he has been a member of the Commissione Vinciana, the official body for Leonardo studies, and he has edited Leonardo manuscripts — the Libro di pittura (Codex Urbinas) and the Codex Arundel — plus a Leonardo biography and a reconstruction of Leonardo’s library. In 2023 he was named a corresponding member of the Accademia dei Lincei in the class of moral sciences, under philology and linguistics.

There have been journalistic accusations that Norman’s mother was an actual kapo. While we cannot judge those Jews who were given impossible choices during the Holocaust, if true it perhaps goes some way to explaining his weird psychological damage towards other Jews and Hitler apologia.
Pro Palestinian activist Norman Finkelstein: "The reason we don't have huge levels of antisemitism in Europe now is because Hitler solved the Jewish question… he exterminated 6 million Jews and that solved the jewish question”

What Catholic Jo isn’t telling you is that these Christian schools she’s talking about don’t just fire staff for gay marriage and “threesomes”, they fire them for getting divorced, living in de facto partnerships, having children out of wedlock and conceiving via IVF. Technically, under current legislation, a Catholic school could fire someone for consensually using a condom in their private life.
Allegra Spender is introducing a bill next week that could signal the end of Christian schooling in this country and destroy religious freedom. If @AlboMP wants to have any chance of holding on in 2028, Labor MUST oppose this Christian persecution bill. 🔗drjoannahowe.com.au/saveours…

When Jews were being slaughtered in Europe and Russia, they didn’t invade anyone, they went home, they bought land, legally. The region had no sovereign state at the time, only centuries of occupation under foreign empires. They drained swamps, built cities, created infrastructure, and that success attracted migrants, from Egypt, from the Levant, from the Arabian Peninsula, who came seeking opportunity in the land they were reviving. When the Ottoman occupation ended, everyone in the region got a state. The Maronites in the north got Lebanon. The Hashemites got Jordan. Iraq was born. Syria too. So Jews asked for one state, just one, but they were told no. They still agreed to share the land, even though they were offered the worst half, mostly desert. Their neighbors still said no. Then came 1948. Five Arab armies invaded to wipe them out. They fought, survived and won. Then they offered peace again, but the Arabs answered with the Three No’s of Khartoum: No peace. No recognition. No negotiations. Arabs tried again in 1967 to destroy them. Jews survived again. They captured more land, not out of ambition, but necessity. But when peace was possible, they gave land back. They returned Sinai to Egypt. They withdrew from Southern Lebanon. They offered to withdraw from Gaza and the West Bank. They offered the Palestinians everything they asked for in 2000. Yet, Palestinians walked away. In 2005, they unilaterally withdrew from Gaza. In return they got rockets, terror tunnels, kidnapped civilians. Then came October 7, the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust. Civilians slaughtered, babies burned, women raped. So I ask: What do you want them to do? Because “Never Again” means never again. You don’t get to massacre their people and then cry about the consequences. You don’t get to raise your children to hate them and then blame them when war comes. They will not apologize for surviving, they will not apologize for fighting back. Never Again means Never Again.

This is a really important testimony. Israel is a tiny place with not many forensic pathologists. There were so many victims on oct 7 that one of the first things they needed was forensic pathologists, in particular those with any mass casualty and burns experience. That’s a tiny group of people. Dr. Wigren was one who answered the call.
The forensic pathologist who volunteered in Israel after October 7 - Dr. Carl Wigren had vowed to never visit Israel, a country he was ill-disposed towards, but answering a call for volunteers after October 7th at the national morgue changed his life. That was the first patient to arrive to Soroka Hospital that day.
The youngest victim of the October 7 massacre lived for just 14 hours. Her name was Naama Abu Rashed. 💔 Her mother, Sujood, a Bedouin Israeli, was nine months pregnant and in labor when she and her husband were driving to Soroka Medical Center. They never made it there safely. At Magen Junction, Hamas terrorists opened fire on their car. Sujood was shot in the abdomen. Her unborn baby was wounded inside her womb. Doctors fought to save them both. Naama was delivered alive. Fourteen hours later, she died. She never got to go home. She never got to know her family. She never got the chance to grow up. Hamas did not care that this family was Arab. They did not care that Sujood was Muslim. They did not care that Naama was an innocent newborn. A year later, Sujood returned to the same hospital and gave birth to another baby girl, Malak. Tomorrow, when we remember the lives stolen on October 7, remember her name too. Naama Abu Rashed. 14 hours old. May her memory be a blessing. 🕯️

26-year-old Thawatchai “Seng” Saetao was murdered by Hamas terrorists in the October 7th Massacre. The Thai agricultural worker at Kibbutz Alumim had just spoken to his 2-year-old son on a video call for the boy’s birthday when Hamas attacked. He was initially shot in the leg and stomach and then dragged outside and shot in the head. He was one of 39 Thai nationals murdered by Hamas on that day.

I am familiar with the Hannibal Directive. It is real, and so is the reason it exists. What it is not: a plot to kill Israelis for sympathy, a pretext for war, or a license to murder civilians and blame Hamas. What it is: cold arithmetic, written in the summer of 1986 after Hezbollah ambushed an IDF convoy in south Lebanon and dragged off two Givati sergeants, Yosef Fink and Rahamim Alsheikh, both 20. Hezbollah kept them. In 1991 Israel declared them dead. Their corpses came home in 1996, traded for 45 prisoners and 123 Hezbollah bodies. That's is what the order was written to stop. The order is simple, and it only applies in certain places at certain times: stop the abduction even at risk to the captive. Because once a Jew disappears into enemy territory, their odds collapse. In 2006, Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev were ambushed inside Israel after Hezbollah crossed the fence. Their bodies came back in 2008. The price included Samir Kuntar, who in 1979 landed a dinghy at Nahariya, shot a policeman, and dragged Danny Haran and his four-year-old daughter Einat to the shore. He shot Danny in the back of the head at close range in front of the child, then smashed Einat's skull against the rocks with his rifle butt until her brain came out. Brain tissue was found on the rifle. Her two-year-old sister Yael was smothered in a crawlspace by their mother, trying to keep her quiet so the terrorists would not find them. A normal society locks a man like that away. Shia Hezbollah gave him a hero's welcome. This is the abject evil we are dealing with. Weeks earlier, Sunni Palestinian Hamas stole Gilad Shalit and held him 1,941 days. No Red Cross. No family. He came out gaunt, pale, and malnourished, kept alone underground. The price was 1,027 prisoners. One of them was Yahya Sinwar serving four life sentences. He went home to Gaza and built October 7. October 7 was live-streamed in 4K for the whole world to see. Hostages shot in the back of the head in tunnels when the Palestinians were not given what they wanted. The Bibas boys murdered in captivity, the corpses ransomed for rapists and murderers they name streets after. Crowds of men, women, and children cheering dead Jewish babies. Hostages raped, then murdered. And if they were one of the lucky one, not in that order. So the math is simple. A car full of terrorists and a hostage racing for the border: you shoot to stop it. The chance of surviving the attempt, inside Israel, is higher than the chance of surviving what waits on the other side. If you were in that car, which bet would you take? If lunatic Muslims returned captives unraped, unstarved, unmurdered, this doctrine would not exist. Anyone who raises Hannibal is confessing to the savagery it answers. Most of the dead on October 7 were killed by Hamas. Every one of them is Hamas's fault. The scandal is not the calculation, but the Muslims who made the calculation necessary by waging a 1,400-year war of extermination against the Jews. The Hannibal Directive is the lesson that there are fates worse than death.
