Also ironic that @CMPD is at Trade and Tryon on a daily basis but the violation continues. Another in-your-face example of our police force being incapable of enforcing the simple laws that we already have.

And it’s not like there are no consequences to this. As @CltLedger pointed out this AM, there are 25K+ accidents a year. And this is for all the anti-Waymo/Tesla people. That’s a low bar to beat. Humans are terrible drivers.

Most Model Ys have backup camera washers. All Cybercabs have removable steering wheels. Largest CB VIN is 2145. They also have prototype/non-production models with the largest VIN of 3101

@CMPD On my quick 10 min walk this AM, I saw a cop with no sirens ignore the no left turn sign, and 5-10 one wheels & scooters riding on the sidewalk. Have the cops chosen not to enforce any laws anymore? @CLTMayor @CLTCityCouncil @CLTgov @DimpleAjmera @DanteAnderson

Here another example. Guy zooms by me during lunch break and then continues to ride through the cross walk. Meanwhile I saw at least 4 police officers on my break, seemingly doing nothing. Is there something complicated about enforcing the law these days that I don’t understand?

@DillonLoomis @SawyerMerritt wonder if its worth revisiting these lists of AI Safety Operators cities. With Charlotte and San Antonio Model Y and Cybercabs now located, safe to assume that Tesla is testing in some of these other cities too...
Tesla is currently hiring Robotaxi "AI Safety Operators" in 32 different metro areas that add up to one HALF the USA's population (148M people).
This is the new "vehicle operator" position for their robotaxis.
Below is a table of the job postings locations, and the corresponding populations.. $TSLA.
