Leaked audio: Michigan Republican Mike Rogers asking for officers at polling stations to intimidate voters "We called the RNC early and said hey... Let's put police officers, retired or off-duty police officers as our poll watchers in Detroit because go ahead, try to intimidate them. Please."

On October 16, 2019, I told Donald Trump, “With you, Mr. President, all roads lead to Putin.” On October 16, 2026, Trump signed an executive order waiving new sanctions on Russia passed by bipartisan majorities in Congress and signed into law just last month. This decision insults America’s commitment to democracy and our brave men and women in uniform, as Russia helps Iran target American forces. I join Republican senators in condemning this unconscionable capitulation to a Russian dictator who illegally invaded Ukraine and butchers innocent civilians. As I have asked for years: What does Putin have on Trump that he would sell out America’s values?

It is a basic principle of American democracy that the government can’t selectively target individuals simply because of their political beliefs or what they say. But that’s exactly what the Trump Administration is doing to Congresswoman Ilhan Omar of Minnesota. To understand why this is so appalling, it’s important to know the facts. Congresswoman Omar came to this country with her father when she was 12 years old. Five years later, her father became a naturalized citizen. If Ilhan had been 18 at the time, she would have had to apply for citizenship separately. But because she was 17, she became a naturalized citizen automatically. Congresswoman Omar went on to graduate from college, work as a community organizer, become the first Somali-American legislator elected to public office in the U.S., and win a seat in Congress. There, she has been one of the Trump Administration’s fiercest critics, which has led the president to repeatedly single her out as someone who he believes does not belong in this country. Now the Administration is actively trying to deport Congresswoman Omar, seemingly based solely on the unsubstantiated theory that she was actually 18 when her father was naturalized, and therefore is not a citizen. Federal agents have raided her home, confiscated personal records, and seized her phone — all to try and uncover a nonexistent smoking gun from 20 years ago that will somehow make their case. Think about that. The full weight of the federal government is being brought down on a law-abiding elected official because she has dared to criticize the president. And it’s not the first time this has happened. Under President Trump, the Justice Department has repeatedly gone after those he considers his political enemies — from the Attorney General of New York, to the former head of the FBI, to members of the Federal Reserve. In those cases, the prosecutions either stalled or were dismissed for having no basis in law, and the same is likely to happen in this case. But not before Congresswoman Omar’s life has been turned upside down, her legal bills have piled up, and she’s been forced to spend time fighting unsubstantiated charges instead of serving the people of Minnesota. The fact that any president, or any administration, is willing to engage in such transparent efforts to intimidate someone should outrage all Americans, regardless of how they feel about Congresswoman Omar’s political views. Because if this becomes the new normal, there’s no reason to believe it will stop with her — or that future presidents, in either party, won’t do the same.

This is what billionaire ownership of the media means: Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta shut down the No Kings account for hours during the height of their protests. Meta suppressed accounts supporting Brazil President Lula da Silva in the recent election. Larry Ellison’s TikTok blocked advertising for a documentary criticizing Elon Musk. Fight back. Defeat oligarchy. Preserve democracy.

Tommy, who worked as Josh Hawley’s ops director, is the son of Bobby Jindal’s longtime COS, Tim Teepell, who is listed as the principal for Breakthrough LLC. This month, Jindal’s dark money group paid $250,000 to Breakthrough LLC, for influencer marketing opposing Abdul El-Sayed.
This is Tommy. Tommy had a question about my allegiances. Listen to the end to hear about his.

No Jan - you got caught red handed trying to help prop up a paid GOP operative who was there to spread false, racist lies about Abdul because he is Muslim. Shame on you.
Earlier, I tweeted a video from an Abdul El-Sayed town hall. I deleted that tweet because it was a violation of CBS News standards. I apologize.

Real Traders vs. LARPers 1. Preparation vs. Predictions Real traders: Analyze key levels, develop scenarios, define entries and invalidation points, and prepare for multiple outcomes. LARPers: Make bold predictions without explaining their reasoning or what would prove them wrong. 2. Accountability vs. Ego Real traders: Accept losses, acknowledge mistakes, and adjust when their thesis fails. LARPers: Treat being wrong as a personal insult. They rewrite the narrative to avoid admitting defeat. 3. Probabilities vs. Certainty Real traders: Think in probabilities. They know even high-conviction setups can fail and focus on favorable risk/reward opportunities rather than certainty. LARPers: Speak in absolutes: “Guaranteed.” “Inevitable.” “There is ZERO chance.” Confidence is no substitute for analysis. 4. Execution vs. Hindsight Real traders: Define actionable entries, targets, and invalidation levels before the market moves. LARPers: Claim every major move was obvious and announce winning trades only after the fact. “Nothing to do but hold runners up big . . .” 5. Consistency vs. Cherry-Picking Real traders: Judge performance across a meaningful sample of trades, knowing that good processes can produce losses and bad processes can produce wins. LARPers: Showcase their biggest winners while hiding their losers. A 500% options gain means little if ten other contracts expired worthless. MANY gain porn screenshots. 6. Adaptability vs. Stubbornness Real traders: Change their views when the evidence changes and recognize when market conditions invalidate yesterday’s thesis. LARPers: Defend failed predictions or make excuses indefinitely rather than revise them. 7. Discipline vs. Entertainment Real traders: Explain their reasoning, wait for genuine setups, and recognize when the best trade is no trade. LARPers: Sell excitement through dramatic targets, rocket emojis, hypothetical profits, and constant predictions of historic moves. 8. Intellectual Honesty vs. Manufactured Credibility Real traders: Can say “I don’t know” and distinguish evidence from speculation. LARPers: Use jargon, vague claims of institutional insight, and manufactured authority to disguise a lack of substance. The bottom line: Real trading is not about being right all the time. It’s about preparation, execution, risk management, adaptability, and accountability. A real trader can be wrong on direction and still execute an excellent trade. A LARPer can get the direction right and still demonstrate no trading skill. Stop confusing confident predictions with competence. The market doesn’t reward whoever sounds smartest. It rewards those who consistently manage risk and execute an edge. Everything else is theater.

This is wild: The #Cardinals have more wins at SoFi Stadium (2) than the Rams and Chargers have combined (1) this season. 😳
Stunning: The dream-team #Rams just lost at home to the #Cardinals and are now 2-4 on the season. LA is now in last place in the NFC West.

AMAZING! Republican election officials denied NC A&T campus an early-voting site. Students marched about 45 minutes each way to vote ANYWAY! Put up barriers to voting, and don’t be surprised when people get angry, get organized, and bring even MORE voters to the polls!
