If you say you want Steam Greenlight back to filter out geAI slop nowadays people straight up act like you're asking for public hangings to return, but I unironically think a system like Greenlight but refined for modern times would do wonders to reduce vibecoded AI slop.

We desperately need Steam to let us filter out AI games. Force devs to tag their games with an AI tag so we can opt out of seeing AI games on our feed, just like we can opt out of seeing Adult Only games. Probably go from 8k demos to a couple hundred.
