It's absolutely incredible that armed police are hunting a man reportedly seen carrying a large blade near a school in Gloucester this morning, yet no description of him appears to have been released. A child has been injured. Armed officers are searching the area. But the public haven't been told what this man looks like, how tall he is or what he's wearing. How are people supposed to protect themselves or help police identify him? If officers have a reliable description, the public should be given it. x.com/SkyNews/status/2118659…

I had two plumbers in today fixing my boiler, one in his fifties and a 16-year-old apprentice. They spotted my Reform beer mat and we got chatting. The young lad said, ‘All my mates from college are voting Reform. We can’t wait. We’ve had enough.’ He spoke about immigration, employment prospects and why he didn’t want to attend university because of its left-wing culture. The older chap shared concerns about immigration and the future for his children. Don’t underestimate the youth of today. They’re paying attention, asking questions and forming their own opinions. Get out and talk to people. You’ll learn far more than you will in an X echo chamber.

The ceaseless persecution of British veterans is a disgrace. Angus MacIntyre will put an end to it in our first 100 days of government. If not, he will resign.

Labour's Lucy Powell pull a face when Tim Stanley mentions the rape gangs. 😡 Why do Labour hate the facts about the grooming gangs? Because they're ashamed. Labour-run councils in places like Rotherham and Rochdale were in charge while young girls were raped, trafficked and abused for years. Inquiries found councillors and officials knew, or should have known, and looked the other way, scared of being called racist. Thousands of girls failed. Lives destroyed. And not one of those in charge has paid properly for it. And now they pull faces when it's mentioned? I find it sickening. To me it shows how rotten this government and its MPs are and to be honest how evil they are as well. Those girls deserved protection. They got silence. 💔 Never forget. Never let them bury it.

Because, it is very important to get the best candidate for the role. Someone who has served their country and held a high ranking position. Im sure you know what I mean.
Why has it taken Reform UK almost 2,000 days to announce a defence spokesperson? Why did they announce a plan for their first 100 days in government with nothing on national security? Defence can't be an afterthought.

ABOUT TIME WE HAD A SOLDIER IN CHARGE OF DEFENCE. Reform have just appointed Wing Commander Angus MacIntyre as Shadow Armed Forces Minister. 💥👌 40 YEARS in uniform. Joined the Army in 1986 at 18 — 13 years with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders, tours with the Royal Marines and Para's. Brunei jungles, Arctic Norway, Northern Ireland. Then RAF Regiment from 1999 — Afghanistan, Iraq, Kuwait, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Somalia — a year in Mogadishu advising the Somali Army, a year inside the Pentagon, and the last 4 years at NATO HQ in Brussels coordinating Britain's support for Ukraine. Compare that to Labour's Defence team. Wes Streeting head of education at Stonewall charity, chief exec of the Helena Kennedy Foundation education charity, President of the NUS. Student politics to charity to MP. No disrespect to charity work but charity work doesn't teach you how to defend a country. Angus has more experience than the entire Labour Defence team combined. That's not a slogan, that's his service record.♥️ We need armed forces people at the heart of our national defence, who understand what it means to serve, and who will treat veterans and serving personnel with the respect they deserve. Thank you for your service . .

Was great to talk with Jeremy Kyle this morning. Successive governments have failed our veterans at every turn. I will ensure that all unjust prosecutions against them are put to an end in Reform's first 100 days in government.

Our armed forces are broken. Only Reform will fix them.
Angus MacIntyre is not a career politician. He is bringing 40 years of real-life experience to the role of Shadow Armed Forces Minister. Can Labour and the Tories say the same?

Honour-based abuse -- including female genital mutilation & forced marriage -- just hit a record high in England & Wales. Even the Home Office admits data "only represents a fraction"). Looking forward to the big national debate & left-wing feminists shouting about it.

Nobody is more qualified to rebuild our armed forces than Angus MacIntyre. Follow @AngusReform now!
I joined the Army in 1986 and then the RAF Regiment in 1999. I served in Northern Ireland, Arctic Norway, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia. In that time I watched successive governments decimate our armed forces, and now even prosecute our veterans. That’s why I’ve given up my job as Wing Commander to join Reform and fight for our armed forces.
