For too long, immigration has been used as an alternative to boosting UK skills. This must end. We’re investing in domestic skills, bringing together industry, government, skills bodies and migration experts to end our reliance on overseas labour.

Indeed, all started under Blair & Brown, they opened us up to Eastern Bloc migrants in the 100s of 1000s, but then, worse, Blair, along with Bush created hatred of the West & then, wide scale movement of people to Europe, bringing us terrorism. All our woes go back to Blair.

So send the illegal immigrants back now. Deport foreign criminals. Deport islamists. Stop low skilled migration. Stop family visas. Nothing less is simply not enough. The country is ready to break.

it`s illegal immigrantion that is the real problem and labour isn`t even going to touch that, and they ain`t doing much to solve it either.

Absolute waffle. As a compnay we take on 25 appretices every year & run a course at college giving all the skills needed. This year we will not be doing this because the national insurance increase & minimum wage increase has made it impossible to achieve even on non profit basis

Immigration has been used to erode our culture our values our religion, it’s been weaponised to bring in draconian laws like thought crimes and destroy freedom of speech, @ukhomeoffice has played a major role in the demise of our once great nation. Wonder why?

Ah yes, very similar to recent line from Canadian government: "The next decades are going to be a great time to be in the skilled trades" - Mark Carney, newly installed Uniparty Prime Minister of Canada, currently seeking a majority by turning over rocks of the electoral system.
