His Holiness was the Chief Guest at the Meskel grand celebrations of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church. The meeting highlighted the longstanding spiritual and cultural bonds between the Oriental Orthodox Churches of India and Ethiopia. The close ties between the two Churches serve as an important bridge for strengthening people-to-people connections and further enriching the warm and friendly relations between India and Ethiopia. As part of the run-up to Ayurveda Day, the Mission, with the support of Khul Wholeness Centre and the Ethiopian Global Traditional Taekwondo Federation (GTTF), organized a morning Yoga and wellness session. The event featured a short video presentation highlighting Ayurveda’s approach to healthy dietary and food habits, followed by a yoga session and various health and wellness activities.
