4H - 106 and mid-range are lost now, algos are defending the 0.75 Fib as usual.
Currently being rejected at PoC and mid-range.
As long as we don't reclaim this level, that low is not safe.
I can see a game plan in case we start to range here over the weekend and potentially look for a trade in this demand zone if it holds until Sunday.
Losing demand and this range low, and we finally go lower to the area I have been waiting for since ages.

Yikes. This is certainly NOT what I expected after seeing the strength from the $100k lows in a quick manner.
Prepared for this? Yes.
Expected it? Definitely no.
Structurally, I would consider this a Regular Flat over a Zigzag, yet it's a moot point really as both C waves would be a 5-wave impulse.

Although we have completed a potential triple ZZ with this 5-wave move downward, generally it's more acceptable to observe this as an Impulse rather than a correction.
Therefore, make no mistake, we can still extend further in structure, time, and price prior to the completion of this correction.
Ultimately, the prior significant low at $107k is the likely resistance where I expect a retest and rejection if we are to expect further correction.

Well, I am no longer monitoring this as an idea, as it appears to be the most probable perspective currently given the strong reaction from the lows.
Therefore, it looks like we are currently in the larger ABC.
This means we are atleast 30% completed with the correction, yet still have much more time and depth to extend and completed the overall structure.

For a bearish scenario to play out we need to break the upward channel that we've been making since the low.
First step towards that would be a lower high around 110k, and a new low below 106.4k. (red arrow)
If that happens we can start looking for short setups.
