alright I am a full on believer in thermal comfort. I was so lucky to work in a living building with radiant floors and ERVs and overhead fans and automated windows because it is 74 on the stat in the new office and I have never been colder in my life

so I tried to get my cable set up at the new spot, called, CS rep says there’s still an active account and can’t deactivate to move mine. Lot of back and forth with property management. But apparently a 300Mbps line and basic (?) cable is included in my rent??? sick???
