i did a paid collab with this brand, when it was payment time them: "pls create a paypal invoice including estimated fees so our finance team can pay you" me: **creates invoice, adds $10 with notes 'this is for the fees but if seems too much pls tell me + what you think i should add as fees' them: didn't complain, "hey can you create a new invoice? it seems there's an error with the first one as it's not working" me: ** tries to create a new invoice, noticed first payment actually came through. decides to tell them "hello, the first payment came through, check your activity to confirm so you don't end up paying me double" + added a screenshot for more transparency apparently paypal only charged $3 for the fees which means there's an extra $7 them: "hey we noticed there's an extra $7 after charges, can we send you something to post for us since we paid you more than the agreed amount" idek what to say next.
