The allegations in the Cornell sexual assault case are deeply disturbing and gut-wrenching. Cornell University has failed this survivor. I fully support Governor Hochul's decision to name Attorney General James as special prosecutor in this case and look forward to the complete and extensive investigation that is to come.  Accountability and justice cannot simply be values, they must also be delivered.

BREAKING: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that 4 out of 11 (36%) alleged pedophiles arrested in a child sex sting operation in Hamilton County, IN are illegal aliens from four different countries. Police say the men thought they were communicating with young girls online, then drove to meet them for sex, but were met by undercover detectives instead and arrested. Per DHS, the illegal alien suspects include: - El Hadji Babacar Ndiaye, a Senegalese illegal alien who was caught and released at the border in Lukeville, AZ by the Biden admin in September 2023. -Lucky Philip Odoudo, a Nigerian illegal alien who entered the US as a gotaway at an unknown time and location. - Filomeno Ricardo Flores Marin, a Mexican illegal alien who first entered the US illegally in Arizona 2002. - David Josue Gomez-Posada, a Salvadoran illegal alien who first crossed into the US illegally as a juvenile in 2017. DHS says ICE placed detainers on all four men with local law enforcement.

In other words: build the property and the community, collect the revenue, fund the institution year after year. The project is now 85 percent complete. On October 4, ICI holds a fundraiser to finish the final 15 percent. Donate $1,000 or more and supporters receive a commemorative “completion block.” But before another block goes into this project, Texans should understand what they are helping build around them and who holds the property. The main ICI property is held by the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT) as a waqf. NAIT is not some random real-estate company. Its history is intertwined with the institutional network that grew out of the Muslim Students Association and the Muslim Brotherhood milieu in North America. That matters because the waqf model is about permanence: preserve the asset and use its proceeds to support designated institutions over the long term. The Oasis takes that model and adds a revenue engine. And look at what has already come from this campus. Imam Muhammad Abdullah told the room: “If we don’t like the way the police is dealing with us, we got to become the police. You have to get politically organized. That was the Black Panther Party.” He has talked about entering public office to “strengthen Muslim American identity” and “show the true light of Islam in the public square.” Then Dr. Rudolph “Butch” Ware III, the 2024 Green Party vice-presidential nominee, stood on that stage and declared: “Victory over the empire is promised… All empires fall. Hired in 2005. Forced out in 2017. Judgment in 2019. Affirmed on appeal in 2021. $1.5 million for mental anguish. $750,000 in exemplary damages. $300,000 in attorney's fees. Sheikh denied the allegations. This was a civil judgment, not a criminal conviction. Then security guard Syed Humzah Hashmi pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child and child-pornography counts after a boy attending the Islamic School of Irving said Hashmi took him into an empty classroom and assaulted him. Twenty years. 🚨And now another lawsuit. A 2026 lawsuit alleges that a woman cleaning the Islamic School of Irving on September 27, 2024, was raped by a 14-year-old former student — and that personnel failed to call police after she reported it. The lawsuit seeks more than $1 million and names the Islamic Center of Irving, its school board president, and NAIT. The petition says the juvenile later pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault and received 25 years. Those juvenile records are sealed. The civil allegations against the defendants remain pending. Now go back to the construction site. 62,000 square feet. Commercial property. Apartments. A perpetual endowment structure. An estimated $1.5 million in annual revenue. This is why October 4 matters. They aren't simply finishing walls. THEY ARE BUILDING THE FINANCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE TO FUND WHAT COMES NEXT. TEXAS CAN SEE THE ENTIRE RECORD. AND THEY'RE STILL POURING CONCRETE.
