Distrust of women’s judgment & restrictions on their testimony are a recurring theme throughout legal history all over the world, from ancient Greece & Rome to European, Islamic, Jewish & Hindu legal traditions.
Some rules weighted a woman’s testimony as half a man’s; many barred women as witnesses altogether.
The striking fact is the breadth & persistence of the pattern across civilizations, religions, regions & eras.
This is why, fair or not, past societies did not accept the testimony of women as valid in court except in very specific circumstances.
Bad faith women had no problem leveling false accusations on people to hurt them.
Since they suffer no consequences, it's become an epidemic

In many respects, women have no one to blame but themselves. But we all know that’s the one thing they’ll never do.
Women set the standards for sex, men meet them.
If in order to obtain sex, men must marry a women, or become pillars of the community, or lie, or amass riches, or be romantic or funny, then they will do precisely that.
If men need to simply be in the right place at the right time at 3am in a nightclub, then they will meet these standards appropriately.

This is all true & well put by IM. It points, of course, to one of countless easily foreseeable problems that went wholly unforeseen by libs+feminists in their myopic, self-immolating crusade to remake civilization in their own image.
I understand his point, but I think it is only right to a limited extent. His explanation implies you can make sex infinitely expensive - that men are infinitely adaptable to any demand or price point and will meet that regardless just so they can fuck a wet hole. Problem is, if that were true we wouldn't have sayings like "the juice just isn't worth the squeeze" - a man determining that even though he probably could sleep with the woman, that she is too much hassle and suffering to be worth the effort.
I also think it is a bit cynical of him to suggest the only reason men take on leadership roles (like being community leaders) is because they want to get laid. In a weird sense he is just reducing men to their sex drives. I am not articulating this in the best way possible, but I think it is a very ugly way of looking at men, though of course, I know everything he produces is done so with the intention of maximising engagement, not producing a rigorously nuanced philosophical treatise on the topic.
