$META bonds fall to speculative junk credit rating levels as company faces severe bankruptcy risks in the next 5 years. As I promised months ago.

“Growing concerns” about the $3 TRILLION in debt with ZERO chance of profit? Not concerned about a trillion, 2 trillion? 3 is the magic number? This is the nuclear bomb holding up the economy. Absolutely psychotic behavior to keep this farce going.
Moody’s We have growing concerns about the $3 trillion of hyperscaler commitments (and $2.5 trillion of LLM operators) that have not yet hit balance sheets while relying on future RPO that is largely circular in nature between the companies. $ORCL $CRWV $SPCX $META $NBIS

$ORCL now predicted to destroy the global pension system and stock markets through its current collapse that initiated from hiding operating cash flow problems via Enron style accounting of “Customer Pre-Payments with Significant Interest Component” and first Force Majeur announcement of a public company (outside COVID, miners, and drillers) since Enron
Realistic Enron-style Oracle collapse via fraud: stock zeros out, $125B+ bonds default crushing pensions and insurers. 141k jobs lost. Banks, governments, telecoms face DB/ERP/cloud outages and forced costly migrations. AI contracts unravel, idling data centers. Tech sector tanks, credit tightens, AI-driven growth slows. Markets take multi-trillion hit but no full banking contagion.

Watch @Tesla self-driving v14.3.5 in Australia try to overtake a car with another vehicle approaching, forcing the driver to hit the brakes! @ElonMusk's self-driving software is as dangerous down under as it is in the US. It must be banned.

the quote - "I have 10,000 lasers in space" is in a text from @elonmusk in reference to the election. For facts about "Musk," the movie, consult @MuskFilmFacts
That's classic Elon deflection. He has nothing to defend himself against this @alexgibneyfilm movie, so he throws things like that out there. This refers to a line @stclairashley said in the trailer. She recalled Elon claiming he knew the outcome of the election ahead of time and that he has "10,000 space lasers". Obviously, Starlink satellites have lasers. I didn't take it that he "knew" the outcome of the election BECAUSE he has space lasers. To me, it sounded like a deluded dork who was bragging about knowing the outcome of the election ahead of people (it's the second time this claim has come out and it appears to be linked to his use of @Polymarket) and bragging that he has "space lasers" like some kind of wannabe Bond villain. Now, he attacks the film because people are not laughing at the richest man who bought the US election with $250 million, making a poor joke about his involvement in destroying what little remains of US democracy.

$ORCL bonds crossing 8.3% for the first time after Larry Ellison used the Enron trick (first time anyone did since Enron) of “Customer Pre-Payments with a Significant Interest Component” to hide Operating Cash Flow Problems. Notably Oracle also was the first Publicly Listed US company outside of drillers and Miners (or Covid) to use Force Majeur to avoid paying on a data center lease it couldn’t afford, since… you guessed it… Enron.

I genuinely can't believe that this fucking stock promotion still has a $1.5 trillion market cap. Yes, it's supported by a presumed merger bid from the OTHER giant stock promotion, but they'll BOTH share the same destiny: A 90% to 95% collapse.
$TSLA - STONEX STAYS BULLISH ON TESLA AHEAD OF Q3 DELIVERIES StoneX reiterated its Buy rating and $475 price target on Tesla ahead of next week’s Q3 delivery report. The firm expects 446,500 deliveries, down 10% year-over-year and slightly below consensus. However, energy storage deployments are forecast to jump 20% sequentially to 16.2 GWh, helping offset weaker vehicle volumes.

Stocks spike, oil slides, and gold jumps after CBS reports US and Iran talks have entered a "technical stage", citing Al Jazeera reporter

BREAKING: The US appears to have abandoned its naval blockade line against Iran, pulling its aircraft carriers off it entirely after Iran's first use of anti-ship ballistic missiles against a carrier. The warships have not been located in the CENTCOM area on Sentinel-2 satellite imagery since the beginning of September, including the USS George H.W. Bush, the USS George Washington, the amphibious assault ship USS Boxer and even their escorting destroyers. The finding suggests the US has pulled back beyond the range of Iranian anti-ship missiles from a blockade line that until August sat at the exit of the Gulf of Oman. The pullback was likely prompted by Iran's first use of anti-ship ballistic missiles against a US carrier on the night of September 5 with the Qasem Basir, which has a range of about 1,200 km and covers almost the entire Arabian Sea. Iran said on September 12 that not a single US warship remains in the Persian Gulf, down from around 30 before the attack, with all US vessels holding at least 400 km off the Iranian coast. Iran's SNSC chief Rezaei said the Qasem Basir "created hell for the Americans, and they fled." Independent imagery had not supported that withdrawal until now.

Yup. #AI or bust!
After seeing another robust GenAI led durable goods order number, I can only again think that we have a US economy that is mainly dependent on this CapEx orgy and upper income consumers that are highly reliant on a stock market that is hugely hooked on GenAI and this CapEx spend.
