I want to talk a little bit about reality, so everyone can better understand what I'm trying to build. I've been an anime fan for most of my life and honestly, I can't put into words how much this project means to me. The world, the characters, the lore and the story I'm creating have become a huge part of my life. Every character carries meaning, every location serves a purpose and beneath everything lies a story that is both heartbreaking and deeply layered. One of the hardest parts of this journey is that I'm building almost everything on my own. I'm personally funding the animation, writing the story, developing the worldbuilding, designing characters and structuring chapters based on my own ideas, experiences and vision for this universe. At the same time I'm constantly studying and refining my craft. A lot of my time is spent researching manga composition, visual storytelling, cinematic shot construction, storyboard development, scene pacing, character acting, creature design, anthropomorphic anatomy, environmental storytelling, perspective, camera language, dynamic action choreography etc... so basically I spend countless hours breaking down anime sequences, analyzing cinematography, studying narrative structure and learning how great creators communicate emotion through visual direction. Alongside that, I'm working closely with our artists to ensure that every NFT, every piece of artwork, and every collectible is deeply connected to the story and the universe we're building together. So yeah the workload is heavy. But my goal has always been simple: Before launching the NFT collection make sure that everything we're creating is presented in the highest-quality way possible. I don't want to rush something that I've poured so much of myself into. I'm genuinely excited for what's coming next. There are so many things I've been working on behind the scenes that I can't wait to share with all of you. All I ask is that you continue believing in me and supporting this journey. it’s pretty normal when you look at the ecosystem most of the OGs left after the airdrop, many of the people who considered themselves the backbone of the community “including some with the MON role” disappeared and moved on to farming other chains as for the Nads that stayed, half of them seem busy trying to rug each other for $200

Blockchains are like countries. Whereas apps are like companies and blockchain teams are the government and users are the citizens. There are two kinds of businesses in crypto ecosystems. First one is the businesses not coming up with a new thing, bringing something that already exists on somewhere else to Monad, either by using their reputation or relation with Monad Foundation to prevent competition and extract value from citizens by charging fees. They do make life easier but do not bring value, and if they do not exist someone else will do it better in free market. Second one is the businesses that come up with a new paradigm, making life easier for citizens and allowing them to make money and bring value to the country/chain. They cause non-existent ecosystems to thrive like how Uniswap and Aave did for Ethereum. When Raydium and Solanart made a lot of money on Solana ecosystem, it couldn’t be developed compared to Ethereum, businesses like Jupiter, Wormhole, Phantom made Solana a rich ecosystem and helped its citizens. A lot of layer 2’s got the reputable businesses on their chain, but they couldn’t compete with developed chains because they didn’t bring the innovative businesses that create currently non-existent value. Hyperliquid also made it by their own team building a great exchange that creates value for both the team and its ecosystem. I believe blockchain teams’ responsibility is welcome reputable apps to have competition, let people create any kind of business, but regulate them in social way to force the first kind of businesses to turn into the second kind of businesses that bring new value to its citizens. Not the other way around, helping rent collector apps to stay as monopoly, not creating the good environment for innovative people to invent new things that will make their blockchain citizens rich. Solana created the perfect environment for innovation so it could become an advanced ecosystem. If they didn’t support innovation but protect the rent collector apps close to them or just because of their reputation, it would be nowhere near now. So can Monad. I have full trust in Monad team to create this environment starting from @spicytaco, @geeky_kartikey, @port_dev for monad blitz hackathons, @pareen for deltav and other incentives for helping founders, @jinglingcookies @efornad @BoxMrChen, @FishMarketAcad @beulrunyang @lulu70191243 for their speeches and support to builders, @cryptunez @be_kindplss @thisisfin_ for bringing attention to new apps, @_jhunsaker @keoneHD @0x_eunice for being qualified presidents of this ecosystem, and outside of the team @0xVeliUysal @SolBridgeNW @builnad @0xbaeksu for great organizations for the future of monad ecosystem. Monad made me believe in crypto again when I was 17, and now 4 years later I want to see it thrive with its rich innovative ecosystem and citizens which became all my friends. Thank you for reading.

First of all, does anybody know the definition of the ‘NFT Lead’ role? What exactly are the responsibilities of this job? I have never seen such thing in any other project. If it means helping people building NFT projects, why do so many builders complain that they never get any replies to their questions? I want to speak out today about the Monad NFT scene. It feels like a valid critique to point out the NFT zone that’s being marketed as “under Karma’s leadership.” Here’s the thing: Karma failed to manage the NFT market . Why? Because they prioritized Chog above everything else and lost because of it. They’re not even posting about Chog anymore these days. Because they saw it failed. Karma’s biggest mistake was betting everything on a single NFT. There were countless projects in the community too many to count with stunning art, deep lore, and passionate builders. But the team followed a completely wrong strategy and sidelined them all. Right now, many members of the team including Keone and James changed their X profile pics to Monad NFTs but i don't think that has an effect on their performance. 90% of the NFT projects on Monad got zero support. Everyone knows it. Why? I’d say internal team disagreements or ego overload I’m not deep enough to know for sure. But saying the things nobody wants to say out loud makes me feel good. What should be done? The team needs to step in and support the community’s NFT market. You can’t run an ecosystem with 4–5 handpicked NFTs. Karma might be a good person, but her mistakes can’t be ignored. She needs to change some things too. I’ve always said: Monad is not an NFT chain it’s way beyond that. But treating it like an NFT chain and pushing that Chog nonsense to the forefront has caused the network to progress slowly and have zero volume right now. There’s so much more to say, but how do you expect to do marketing when hundreds of community NFT creators are being ignored? Karma failed at this and I think she knows it. Right now, in the Monad ecosystem, I’ll criticize as harshly as needed man or woman, doesn’t matter. After reading this, no one should pull the gender card. Currently, Skrumpeys is in OG NFT status and I want it to stay that way. Melo is genuinely killing it and he deserves every bit of that success. Bottom line: If these problems in the NFT side continue, Monad will fail in this sector. I hope they fix it. I’m not giving advice I’m criticizing. After all, some people think they’re smarter than the community since they are supported from the team. If you want to see someone’s true face, fight for your rights.
