AIP Summitは、2026年4月、ニューヨーク・チャイナタウンの廃銀行（グラフィティだらけの内装むき出しの物件）で一晩だけ開かれた集まり。主催は
@ConejoCapital @gettles @quasimatt @wesamo__
。イベントタイトルのpsychosis（AI精神病）」は元々、LLMの過剰な同調によってユーザーが現実感を失う稀な臨床現象を指す言葉ですが、近年はもっと軽い意味で、AIで何でもできてしまう感覚による興奮・没頭・軽躁的な状態を指すネットスラングとして定着している。
サミットと名前があるけれど学会でもなければギャラリー展でもハッカソンでもパーティーでもない。あえて言えばサイエンスフェア＋アートフェア＋スタートアップのデモデイのハイブリッド。AIツールで作られたプロジェクトが机や壁やプロジェクターに雑然と並ぶ。そういうイベントになります。奇しくも今年はNYでインターネットのはじまり30年を過ぎて祝うイベントや展示がRhizome、Whitney含め複数行われます。その中で2026年ならではの行き過ぎた商業的な街と多様性であふれるNYから出てきたDIYでストリートでパンクな現象を一緒に体感してもらえると嬉しいです。

- Had a solo show debuting two new bodies of work (Ablation Studies and Homages) at @heft_gallery in February
- Marina Abramovic may or may not have been present (see below)
- That show, The Artist Is Absent, kicked off a one year performance in which I am no longer making art
- Instead, a model trained on my concepts and pieces is conceiving and executing all new work in my absence
- Shared the first of the model's new work at the electric AI Psychosis Summit (@AIPSummit). Much more to come
- New writing soon
- Been thoroughly enjoying the World Cup, Knicks championship run, and a New York summer for the ages
