This lady is responsible for the death of the puppy. She denied vet care for weeks and openly wanted to breed him. He’s now under soil next to syringes. She deserves jail.

This is Ocean. He was murdered on Skid Row. Tomorrow we are marching into the office of complacent loser @YsabelJuradoLA and demand her resignation at 2pm. The six month old puppy was murdered last night on Skid Row and was buried amongst garbage and syringes. He was only 6 months old. He was not fully dead when he was buried.
