I have a testbed machine with hardware so old it makes a 1060 a super computer, and I'm using that as my primary bench computer for my graphics research. As it stands, I currently have a representation on compute that beats triangles at large scale planetary terrain at <1ms
Every software developer should own a potato PC. It's the easiest way to ensure your application is fast enough. Put your agents to work within it and watch the weight drop. There's no reason a machine from ten years ago shouldn't fly like superman.

Agent or no agent this should have always been the case

Most people have no idea on this very powerful aspect of using an LLM. You have access to a conversational library and a super google for your research and you're choosing to not use it because?? yet you use google which is far less efficient and costs you time
I have zero nostalgia, the type of deep architecture work and performance tuning you can now do all by yourself was only possible if you had access to a team of 100s of top engineers just a year ago. Not only is writing code by hand not economically viable anymore, it no longer leads to better code either.

Oh come on. Quick look at colorshift (13x faster): HashMap in hot loop (unoptimized Rust vibeslop) is slower than indexed arrays (ASM). No shit. Numbers like 17x should raise eyebrows but reading the comments nobody is thinking anymore. This AI psychosis has fried people's brains

Cranekiss by Tamaryn. Recommended by me. They are basically a modern Single Gun Theory. Not easy to notice tho

Ter Stegen deadass was the reason Xavi couldn't get a win tonight. 👏🏻 Neuer would have conceded 5 goals if he started.

This right here saved my life! Months of work close to paying off. Results soon both on here and on my more serious profile \(\dot q^\*_j= \operatorname{clamp}\!\left( \frac{\operatorname{wrap}(q^\*_j-q_j)} {H}, -8,\;8 \right), \qquad H=\max(t_{\rm contact},\,80\text{ ms})\)

Aprovecho que Sydney Sweeney está en el ojo del huracán por simplemente hacer lo que le da la gana con su cuerpo... ... para recordar que tiene mejor toque de balón que Tchouamení, Fede Valverde y Eduardo Camavinga.

Love the show but this was incredibly stupid and won't work if you're not the observing and observed time traveller simultaneously. Setting things in motion isn't precog/clairvoyance either. Neither does the butterfly effect work that way as well. He'd need to control every quark
The funniest part was he technically didn't even commit a crime as everything that happened was merely an accident caused by those distracted by a falling pen.

He'd also need to control everything infinitely below the Planck length which would essentially make him a universal force or something beyond. So incredibly dumb.

Strangle your three toddlers? Run over an ICE agent? Stab a kid at a track meet? Shoot a healthcare CEO? The Left will praise you. Get assassinated while bringing civil discourse to campuses? They’ll dance on your grave.

6.) Hardware issue, its silly as F that to do GPU audio, you need to round trip everything through the CPU side when it goes out the GPU's HDMI cable 7.) Startup time with certain large allocations on some OSs is crap due to kernel page faulting being slow.
