Factually, and constitutionally, Raila Odinga has never been an official leader of the opposition. He has been the opposition leader in spirit, and not in letter. Here is why, In 1992 - 1997, the opposition leader was Kenneth Matiba. In 1997 - 2002, the opposition leader was Mwai Kibaki. In 2002 - 2007, the opposition leader was Uhuru Kenyatta. In 2007 - 2013, the opposition leader was Jimmy Wanjigi. This was a bit complicated due to 2007 PEV and the coalition that followed. In 2013 - 2027 there is no office of opposition leader occasioned by the new constitution. In letter, the official leader of opposition was the party leader of the party with the highest number of parliamentary seats against the government. Baba was therefore a spiritual leader, more than a constitutional or political leader.

I am deeply heartbroken at the reports emanating from India where our girl Risper Wambui 17 whom we genuinely and selflessly contributed for to go for bowel cancer treatment is being sexually abused. Honestly some men have zero morals, that video i have watched has really shattered me, whatever reason he recorded it for whatever purpose it does not make sense at all. It is malicious. You cannot record yourself with a 17 year old caressing your beards, you are not her father neitherare you her brother and even if you were one of them at that age seriousboundaries must be in existence. Trying to manipulate a child who is battling a serious illness is unimaginable. You cannot blackmail a sick child whether it happened in India outside Kenyan jurisdiction, that guy must face the full force of the law. There is no way he can explain the events in that video to make it look like a normal occurrence. No, that is overstepping your boundaries. I feel bad especially those of us who contributed for this kid to get treatment that a man can be hiding behind this to exploit, blackmail and abuse her💔😭😭😭. Abusing her in deep sickness 💔💔💔. That guy should remain in India. He is not a human being.

THE ELECTION IS ALREADY RIGGED The late Raila Amolo Odinga won the 2007 presidential election and defeated Mwai Kibaki by more than 1,500,000 votes. But they brought fake votes from Tharaka Nithi, literally reduced Raila’s votes and declared Kibaki winner. Then the country erupted in protests against the brazen electoral robbery. Millions of Kenyans chanted “No Raila, No Peace!” From Mombasa to Busia. From Mandera to Vanga. Kibaki, Michuki, Njenga Karume, Uhuru Kenyatta, Martha Karua, Amos Kimunya, Chris Murungaru, Kivutha Kibwana and many other ethnic chauvinists gathered at State House at night on December 30, 2007 and swore Kibaki in by force. They subsequently MOBILIZED and ARMED the Mungiki, police and the army and unleashed them on Raila supporters in Nairobi, Nyanza, Western, Rift Valley and Coast. They butchered, maimed and tortured thousands of innocent civilians whose only crimes were to chant “No Raila, No Peace” and tortured thousands who dared say NO to Kibaki and Company’s electoral robbery and coup. Twenty years later, none of the perpetrators of that electoral robbery and subsequent slaughter of innocent civilians has been punished. The ECK servers were never opened. The fake Kriegler Inquiry and report published distorted claims that “it was impossible to tell who won the election” and that “both sides rigged.” But we know the truth. Kibaki, Uhuru, Karua, Kivutha and Company rigged the 2007 presidential election and subverted the hopes of Kenyans who believed that 2002 had been a watershed moment. Yet, some Kenyans want to delude themselves that Uhuru Kenyatta, Kivutha, Karua, et cetera, are the new “freedom fighters” in 2026/7. Uhuru Kenyatta has presided over three electoral thefts and barbaric atrocities in Kenya: in 2097, 2013 and 2017. But some Neanderthals want to convince us that Angel Gabriel will descend on Kenya in August 2027 and preside over the western con-game called election—and that the criminals who presided over the 2007 electoral theft and their blubbering empty heads will bring democracy, rule of law and constitutionalism to Kenya at long last. Go tell that nonsense to your goats. Unless we have a full-fledged revolution, there will never be genuine change, transformation, electoral justice, social justice and equity in Kenya. What cowardly and zombified Kenyans are currently excited about are fads, chimeras and diversionary nonsense intended to lull colonized slaves to sleep. The 2027 general election was rigged in 2024. Stop being stupid! Telling the truth is a revolutionary act. #SocialismIsTheSolution #RevolutionNow

I rejected a KSh100,000 bribe from PONA Medical Centre in Mwiki after I brought the story surrounding the death of Doris Kirimi into the public domain. I was approached and offered money to keep quiet. I said NO. They can take that money to Kasarani/Mwiki Police Station. They can give it to whoever is willing to sell their conscience. But they will not buy my silence. I am not feeding my children with money stained by the death of a mother and the loss of an unborn child. There are people who can eat that kind of money. I am not one of them. When I brought Doris Kirimi's story to the limelight, I did not do it because I wanted money, fame or political mileage. I did it because a human being died, and I could not stomach the thought of everyone simply moving on as though nothing had happened. And let me speak frankly about the human rights movement. @VOCALAfrica_ cannot help where there is no public attention or outrage. I personally called @husskhalid and was told his team would respond. I am still waiting. But I have learnt from some of his team members, God knows. I have also learnt something deeply disturbing: some human rights organisations appear to become interested only when an issue is already on television, trending online, or attracting crowds and protests. But what about the victims who have no cameras? What about the mother crying in a police station? What about the young woman whose family cannot afford lawyers? What about the victim whose story has not yet gone viral? Human rights cannot be a popularity contest. Activism cannot be a business model where the loudest cases attract the most attention while forgotten victims are left to die in silence. And I will say this without hate, malice or misanthropy: some people who present themselves as activists can become predators of the very suffering they claim to fight. They arrive when the cameras arrive. They appear when protests begin. They engage when there is visibility, funding or political attention. That is not the activism I believe in. Real activism goes where the cameras are absent. Real activism stands with the powerless before Twitter discovers their name. Real activism does not ask, “How much attention will this case bring me?” It asks, “Who needs help?” I rejected KSh100,000 because there are things money cannot buy. My conscience is not for sale. Doris Kirimi deserves justice. Her family deserves answers. And if speaking the truth means standing alone, then I will stand alone. I would rather raise my children with an empty pocket and a clean conscience than feed them with money earned from somebody else's blood.

As a woman honestly? It's rarely about sex. It's feeling unseen. When you talk and he doesn't listen, when you cry and he says you're nagging, when you have to beg for attention. You don't wake up one day and decide to cheat, you slowly feel alone in the relationship.

There is one thing I have observed in my village and I don't know if it's the same across the country. There are no youths in the village, those who went to school are in towns hustling while most of the drop outs have gone to the Middle East under unskilled labour. Qatar taking 50% while Bahrain and UAE(Dubai) share the rest. Parents are living alone. Ata kupata watu wa vibarua ni ngumu.
