When someone makes an argument, but is too much of a bitch to stick around to defend it, there are only two logical conclusions:
1) they don’t believe their own words or
2) their argument has no basis in rational logic.
If a country wants to be our ally because another country already attacked them, and that other country then attacks us ostensibly because the first country wants to be our friend, that in and of itself is proof that the other country is our enemy.
Ukraine wants to be our economic and military ally, is rich in minerals which are needed by industry, is located strategically advantageously, is buying equipment from us (good for our economy), developing institutional knowledge in drone warfare which we can benefit directly…
In addition, their justification for invading Ukraine was that Ukraine wants to be our ally. Only our enemies would oppose that.
Oh, and their officials and propagandists regularly default to nuclear Sabre-rattling when we and our allies don’t do what they want.
Giving weapons & intel to Iran, offering bounties to the Taliban for US troops, cyberattacks, sheltering scammers who target Americans, funding China’s military-industrial complex which we’ll be facing, they’re allies of N. Korea, & meddling in our elections. That’s how.
So let me get this straight...
Russia uses IRANIAN Shahed Drones;
Russia uses NORTH KOREAN troops;
Russia uses CHINESE funding;
Russia helped ASSAD's Syrian regime;
Russia helped Maduro's Venezuelan regime.
And YOU, as a MAGAT American, think it's patriotic to help Russia???
Ukraine says SpaceX has put new speed limits on military grade Starlink terminals without warning, disrupting some missions, according to multiple outlets. SpaceX hasn’t commented.
The affected service is StarShield, a Starlink subscription for government and military use. The Journal reports Ukraine’s access runs under a Defense Department contract. A Pentagon spokesman referred questions to President Trump’s remarks on intelligence sharing.
Zelensky adviser Serhiy Beskrestnov said the limit began overnight and forces got no warning. Accounts of the threshold vary. Beskrestnov and a Ukrainian defense ministry official point to about 160 km/h (100 mph), while Ukraine’s 7th Corps told Reuters connections dropped for 10 to 20 seconds at just 110 to 120 km/h. Units cancelled some missions.
Per the Journal, drones can still fly but video feeds are less reliable, especially against moving targets, and they must fly slower to stay connected, making them easier to hit. Midrange drones are harder to launch, and Ukrainian officials say Starlink had recently helped Ukraine intercept Russia’s jet powered drones. Slower ground drones are largely unaffected.
Drones flying over Russia were already barred from StarShield and use other guidance, so strikes on Russian oil and diesel production are unlikely to be affected, officials and defense executives told the Journal.
The limit comes as Washington presses Kyiv to stop striking Russian refineries. Trump said Tuesday the U.S. is still sharing intelligence, after Zelensky said Kyiv received no warning ahead of a Russian missile attack.

"Everyone is writing about how the "Starlink" restrictions have impacted long-range missions and frontline logistics, but there's another major problem for us.
"Starlink" is being used in the most effective current solution (interceptors) for protecting our airspace from jet-powered "Shahed" drones.
In fact, with their actions, our partners are depriving us of one of the few chances we have to defend the country from these jet-powered "Shaheds.""

"You said Russia and Ukraine agreed to a ceasefire, but both sides say they have not agreed to that..."
@POTUS: "They agreed. You know why? Because I said, 'You agree' — that's why. They agreed because I said they agreed, and that thing has to get settled."
Then that now-paraplegic asshole shouldn’t have done the evil shit which put him on death row and resulted in his paralysis. I’m on the fence about the livestream, but actions have consequences, and the firing squad is justly his.
