I have located training of judges on disinformation just prior to 2020 election. The videos in the following posts show what Spaulding, the ABA, the NCSC, the Brunswick Group & Mary & William Law School worked together to influence judges in “preparation for 2020” This is a significant find, because it shows Spaulding fed the judges a lie, that she knew to be false because, as she likes to remind everyone, she was in charge of the men & woman protecting elections & did the evaluation of “Russian interference” Spaulding enlisted the ABA & NCSC to carry this lie forward to all the judges - including those in non- USA jurisdictions. NCSC worked hand in glove with the ABA to do this. See pic below from October 5, 2020 ABA Journal article titled “How can courts counter disinformation? Arizona task force releases recommendations” NCSC then works with the Brunswick Group to develop training material/playbooks for the courts. accesstojustice.nmcourts.gov… This is the 2022 version - they used Spaulding’s Beyond the Ballot report (that I have explained before is using bad data). The earlier version they state was funded by States Justice Institute- fully funded USAID org established by federal law in 1984 to award grants to “improve the quality of justice in state courts, and foster innovative, efficient solutions to common issues faced by all courts.” I couldn’t find the earlier version. They push training through a joint venture started by NCSC & William & Mary Law School in 2005, the Election Law Program. NCSC is quoted in a now deleted 2020 NCSC newsroom release: about the trainings: “With the presidential election fast approaching, the program is hosting a series of webinars with the theme “What Happens (In Our Courts) When America Votes?” This election season, as everyone who follows the news knows, has been extremely litigious, and the Election Law Program is doing everything we can to provide the best information to judges and other court professionals,” said Amy McDowell, NCSC’s director of executive leadership education and its liaison to the Election Law Program. “The webinars are just another way we can fulfill our mission to help the courts as they work to rule on election law cases.” “To date, over 240 election law cases have been filed in state and federal courts,” said NCSC President Mary McQueen. “The Election Law Program is designed to provide nonpartisan information to judges and other court professionals about various questions that might arise in election law cases. During 2020, NCSC has hosted a series of webinars on ways state courts can navigate the challenges of COVID-19. They predispose judges to classify election challenges & information coming to their court as “Russian interference” I argue, what the heck are they doing training judges since 2005?! Huge victory for election integrity! The Supreme Court granted @TheJusticeDept’s stay in revamping the SAVE citizenship verification database, which will allow states to clear the voter rolls of illegal voters. The modified SAVE system allows state and local officials to conduct citizenship verification of registered voters to keep aliens from voting. The Justice Department will continue fighting in court for secure elections. Every American should want this!

Update David here. Words can’t express how thankful I am for your prayers, letters of encouragement, and donations to cover medical expenses. I have had much time to reflect. Each breath and heartbeat a gift from God. This is the first time in my life where I have felt old. A pause to catch a breath I didn’t know I needed. Short walks around the block with my bride. Longer looks at my children. I have found myself tearing up uncontrollably for no reason other than simple gratitude. I met with my surgeon this morning. He told me more about what happened. A miracle. An orchestra of variables. One missing from the puzzle and I would not be here. 100% blockage in the artery known as the “widow maker” — now stented. I have two more arteries with 60% and 70% blockage. The surgeon wants to see if we can reverse damage to my heart and heal without another surgery. Right now my heart is at about 45% strength of where it should be. I begin cardiac rehab. The how and why of what occurred is a long story. Pre-Jesus, I lived a very hard life. Drugs, alcohol, and a self-induced cardiac arrest at the age of 21, left me with a bum ticker. For several years, I was a pack a day smoker. And for several years after my spiritual conversion, I worked on daily “sanctification” trying to eliminate vices I still carried. A severe back injury in 2008 left me restless for a decade, with numbness in my right leg and foot, until I found a radical restrictive diet that helped with inflammation, but may have elevated cholesterol. My career as a prosecutor left me on call around the clock, and my performance was fueled by pots of coffee, which led to arrhythmia, heart murmurs, and prayer that God would provide healing. The last six years compounded what was already there. Employment termination, public slander, constant lawfare from the BAR, cabin burnt to crisp under mysterious circumstances, and travel that averaged over a hundred flights a year to 49 states, with thousands of meetings. I have felt mild strain and pressure in my chest for sometime. 2021 was especially difficult. I have generally held the medical profession at arm’s length my whole life. I’ve been to the doctor maybe three times in my adult life. As my heart symptoms worsened, however, COVID-19 hysteria and adherence to protocols that murdered patients was the primary reason I would not enter a doctor’s office. I knew it was just a matter of time that something would give, but set aside those concerns, praying that our country would see free and fair elections, J6ers would be restored, and that I’d have more time. And then I didn’t. I went through a door to “the other side” after dying on the table. In a single moment, I left behind my children, and being a father was an impossibility. Being a husband—gone. I left ambition behind, dreams behind, shame and condemnation behind. Such finality. After a few minutes of being in the hereafter, I was jolted back by paddles, hearing the surgical team exclaim “we brought him back! David you are back with us….” It’s with this that I say I won’t be making a public appearance for a while, and won’t be doing social media, or interviews, for the foreseeable future. I believe God wants me to be still, speak less, and not waste anything, including my words. Just know I read your comments, am so thankful for you, and believe God has a purpose for me down the road. Lord willing, I will focus on writing and producing Professor’s Record episodes, doing rehab, and nothing else. I’m sorry to disappoint anyone. Last thing. Is He (Christ) real? Yes. So much so, that you realize what grieves Him. Forgiveness is so important. He died for you and me. He forgave you and me. I spoke with DOJ officials directly who have confirmed that all reports through the first quarter of 2026 have been previously provided to the AzSOS. Additionally, in response to my release, the DOJ sent the files for the second quarter of 2026 to the SOS this morning. By law, the DOJ can only provided these files to the Secretary of State. Secretary Fontes now needs to provide those reports to the County Recorders so we can ensure felons are not permitted to vote in this comming election.
