All correct, in AZ , a Recorder is required to provide accurate voter rolls. Knowing submission of inaccurate information is a class 6 felony for the Recorder. One of the few elected officials that under the penalty of law must perform.

The Recorders do removal. They have the tools they need. Fontes attempts to stall this by system functions issues... but after speaking to several of them, it is very apparent they are "tired of his shit".

The Republicans in AZ Legislature has filed law suits, filed criminal referrals, sponsored Bills, held hearing to show the public. That is our legal limit. Its up to law enforcement and the courts. These indictments and convictions prove that your budget work in these areas were lawful and prudent. Thank you for the diligence and leadership in protecting tax dollars.
