I have records in my possession showing that at least 22 H-1B, most if not all presumably Indians, were tossed into what the scammers call a "guest house" from which they will be offered out to F500 companies. This house variates between 20 to 30 Indians living inside, all workers. I have records in my possession putting the number of homes in this "guest house" network to around 25 properties. Deed recordings indicate these are absentee rental properties that are rented out to the network. Once an Indian agrees to transfer their paperwork to them, they first are cited with an IT outsourcing major. In the case of THIS particular house, several of the workers were placed with INSIGHT GLOBAL as remote workers. The companies then issued laptops and they all began working out of this house in Frisco, TX. InsightGlobal is a VERY large outsourcing company with prominence in the DC area. The bodyshop scammers feeding InsightGlobal the bodies also issue phony immigration documentation for F-1 students with no OPT, passing them off to end clients as validated H-1B workers. InsightGlobal can pretend to be shocked if they are ever caught and play the plausible deniability story, because if the final employer who ordered the work discovers it, all the blame for it can go into a vacuum, and at the sourcing bodyshop who will quickly vanish, change principles, register new names and new FEINs, and start over again. Which they did once already. They used to operate out of Ohio and then shut their operations down to move to Plano. All of this is illegal. Several people who are trapped in this horrific human trafficking network have been reaching out to law enforcement for help. As an employer, I should be able to discuss your work history with your former employer. I should be able to test your intelligence, I should be able to test your personality to see if you’ll fit in my company. I can’t do any of that without getting sued.
