🚨🇩🇪 BUNDESWEITE PROTESTE AM 31. OKTOBER – WER STECKT HINTER „GEN Z REGELT“? Unter dem Namen „Gen Z regelt“ wird derzeit in sozialen Netzwerken zu bundesweiten Demonstrationen am 31. Oktober 2026 aufgerufen. Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Köln, München, Bremen, Leipzig und Düsseldorf gehören zu den angekündigten Veranstaltungsorten. Die Botschaften auf den verbreiteten Plakaten sind deutlich: „Keine Wehrpflicht für Kriege!“, „Free Palestine“, „Gegen deutsche Politik“ und „Genug ist genug – wir schweigen nicht mehr!“ Verbreitet werden die Aufrufe unter anderem auf Instagram. Parallel entstehen Telegram-Gruppen zur Organisation der Proteste. Auffällig ist, dass bislang keine eindeutig identifizierbaren Verantwortlichen für die bundesweite Koordination bekannt sind. Am 15. Oktober veröffentlichte die Organisation „Internationale Jugend“ einen eigenen Aufruf zur Beteiligung an den Protesten. Die „Internationale Jugend“ wird vom Landesamt für Verfassungsschutz Baden-Württemberg dem linksextremistischen „Kommunistischen Aufbau“ zugeordnet. Die Organisation verbindet den Protest ausdrücklich mit dem Kampf gegen Kapitalismus, Aufrüstung und das bestehende politische System. Ob sie auch hinter dem zentralen Account oder der ursprünglichen Protestinitiative steht, ist bislang nicht nachgewiesen. Die Bewegung nimmt Bezug auf die jüngsten französischen Schülerproteste. Auch in Deutschland fanden bereits entsprechende Solidaritätsaktionen statt. Hier stellt sich eine grundsätzliche Frage: Entsteht gerade tatsächlich eine spontane, weitgehend unabhängig organisierte Jugendbewegung? Oder versuchen politisch bereits etablierte und teilweise extremistische Gruppierungen, unterschiedliche Protestmilieus unter einer gemeinsamen Mobilisierung zusammenzuführen? Beides muss sich nicht ausschließen. Die Geschichte politischer Einflussoperationen zeigt, dass bestehende gesellschaftliche Konflikte nicht künstlich geschaffen werden müssen, um sie für eigene Zwecke auszunutzen. Es reicht, vorhandene Unzufriedenheit zu verstärken, unterschiedliche Gruppen miteinander zu vernetzen und Proteste politisch in eine bestimmte Richtung zu lenken. Das ist ein bekanntes Prinzip politischer Einflussnahme – allerdings kein Beleg dafür, dass „Gen Z regelt“ von ausländischen Akteuren gesteuert wird. Was weiterhin fehlt, ist Transparenz über die eigentlichen Initiatoren, die Administration der zentralen Gruppen und die organisatorischen Verbindungen zwischen den beteiligten Akteuren. Die entscheidende Frage lautet deshalb nicht, ob junge Menschen demonstrieren dürfen, selbstverständlich dürfen sie das. Sondern wer diese Proteste organisiert, welche politischen Ziele die Verantwortlichen verfolgen und ob legitime Unzufriedenheit gezielt für weitergehende Zwecke instrumentalisiert wird. Der 31.
