Brilliant!
In 2021, the head of the UN World Food Programme said $6 billion from Elon Musk could solve world hunger. Elon replied: publish the plan, right here, publicly, and I'll sell Tesla stock on the spot. The plan came out. And when you read it, it wasn't a plan to solve hunger. It was one year of food for 42 million people. A twelve-month subscription. And the year after? Start over. A few months later, Elon summed up his view: if you care about the reality of goodness rather than the perception of it, philanthropy is extremely difficult. "Reality of goodness over perception of goodness." That line stuck with me for weeks. Does philanthropy actually work? Gates-style philanthropy is first and foremost institutional capture. Foundations funding NGOs, funding governments, funding programs, producing reports, producing photos. Everyone's happy, and the aid machine keeps itself alive. Sixty years and hundreds of billions later, much of Africa is still dependent on aid. Zambian economist Dambisa Moyo laid it out in Dead Aid: aid breeds dependency, feeds corruption, and short-circuits the only mechanism that has ever lifted a country out of poverty. So what actually works? It's been tested. In Kenya, Berkeley researchers working with GiveDirectly randomly selected villages and gave every poor household about $1,000 in cash. No program. No training. No conditions. Just cash. The result: people bought metal roofs, livestock, started small businesses. Barely any inflation. And every dollar injected generated around $2.50 of economic activity locally, including for neighbors who received nothing. Why? Because you didn't give them charity. You gave them capital. You primed the pump. And that's where everything hinges: ownership. Hernando de Soto showed that the world's poor hold trillions of dollars in assets, but without recognized property titles, it's dead capital. You can't borrow against it, pass it on, or grow it. Where property rights are respected, the system starts running. Where they aren't, no amount of aid will ever be enough. Now reread Elon's post. "Next year, I will give one of my SpaceX shares to every kid in America. This will be the first of many." That's not a meal. That's not a handout. That's a property title. A piece of the company building the infrastructure of a multiplanetary civilization, owned directly by millions of kids. A kid who gets a handout depends on the state. A kid who owns a share of SpaceX owns a piece of the future. He learns what an asset is, he has a stake in the economy working, and one day he'll vote as an owner, not as a client of the state. Gates buys perception. Musk distributes ownership. The reality of goodness versus its perception. And it's absolutely brilliant.

Prophetic, isn’t it.
Christopher Hitchens: ”In 1786, when the United States was barely a country, it was having its sailors taken as slaves by the Barbary states, the states of the Ottoman Empire and North Africa. Tripoli, shores of Tripoli. Ships stopped, its crews carried off into slavery. We estimate 1.5 million European and American slaves taken between 1750 and 1815. Jefferson and Adams went to their ambassador in London and said, why do you do this to us? The United States has never had a quarrel with the Muslim world of any kind. We weren't in the crusades. We weren't at war with Spain. Why do you do this to our people and our ships? Why do you plunder and enslave our people? The ambassador said very plainly, Mr. Abdul Rahman said, because the Quran gives us permission to do so, because you are infidels, and that's our answer. Jefferson said, well, in that case, I will send a navy which will crush your state, which he did. Islamic fundamentalism is not created by American democracy. It's a lie to say so. It's a masochistic lie, and it excuses those who are the real criminals, and blames us for the attacks made upon us.”

Quote: “What we’re seeing in France, Spain, and Italy should serve as a clear warning for America.”
The global communist left is awash in cash and well-coordinated, working to amplify the unrest and good working order of Europe. What we’re seeing in France, Spain, and Italy should serve as a clear warning for America. We cannot underestimate well-funded movements promoting an ideology fundamentally opposed to individual liberty. Make no mistake: America is not immune.

Lefties: The useful idiots off these thugs
Muslims are putting white leftists rioters in their place for writing “Bismillah, this is darkness” in their signs, telling them “Islam is not a game” and that only fellow Muslims get to use their ridiculous slogan. And these doormats actually apologize. Nothing warms my heart quite like watching white dhimmis get caught in their own trap by the very people they defend.

Amazing!
I calculated the combined market cap of the companies built by the National Medal of Science winners today. The answer: $18.75 trillion.

So very scary
Let me break down what I'm seeing and hearing here from DR. I don't know DR's source for these materials , but they appear completely legit and are profoundly disturbing. These are leading members of the Democrat Party hatching up the following strategy: 1. After the midterms, use the DSA to incite and carry out violent civil unrest. 2. Make the violent civil unrest so bad that Trump must invoke the Insurrection Act. 3. Use the invocation of the Insurrection Act to create a national sense of illegitimacy whereby Democrat governors appear justified in taking the extreme action of refusing to acknowledge federal authority and push to form a new form of federal government via various means, including an Article V transformation of the Constitution. Maybe there is more to this and it's not as bad as it seems, but right now this appears to be a conspiracy to create the next Fort Sumter. This is a CIA-style color revolution in real time, on our own soil. (Of course the legacy media is nowhere near this--it takes us Internet randos to get the word out.)

Disgusting thugs!
“Don’t smash it up, she’s a sister!” This shop manager protecting her business is spared by the thugs out of Muslim solidarity. Still absolutely no connection to immigration.

Quote: “[Macron’s] axioms are wrong. And when you reason flawlessly from false premises, you reach false conclusions with flawless rigor.” Brilliant!
There's something fascinating about Macron, and a question that keeps coming back: is he cynical, or does he actually believe what he says? My take: he believes it. And that's far more worrying. Look at his path. His father was a neurology professor at a public hospital. His mother was a physician for the French social security system. His grandmother, a public school principal, partly raised him. Then the elite track: Henri-IV, Sciences Po, ENA (the school that trains France's top civil servants), the Finance Inspectorate, deputy chief of staff at the Élysée, Minister of the Economy, President. From birth to power, he never really left the orbit of the State. People will say: "He was a banker at Rothschild." Sure, for four years. But investment banking isn't entrepreneurship. You advise deals between large institutions. You don't risk your own capital. You never lie awake wondering how you'll make payroll. It's a world of networks, access and files. An extension of the high civil service, not its opposite. He never started a company. Never hired anyone with his own money. Never watched a customer walk to a competitor. Never got a tax audit and wondered if his business would survive it. For him, the reality of building something simply doesn't exist. It's not contempt. It's a blind spot. The image that comes to mind is a beautifully machined gear, spinning perfectly, that doesn't mesh with anything. It spins in a vacuum. His whole worldview works like that. Inside his world, everything is coherent. Every step follows logically. The reasoning is brilliant. But the axioms are wrong. And when you reason flawlessly from false premises, you reach false conclusions with flawless rigor. The most interesting part is what happens when reality knocks on the door. When you fail, you have two options. You can say: "I was wrong. What I've believed for fifteen or twenty years is false." That's brutal. It's an identity collapse. Or you keep the cognitive dissonance and explain the failure some other way: people didn't understand, we didn't explain it well enough, the reform didn't go far enough, the opposition blocked it. It's the exact same mechanism as "that wasn't real communism." The model is never wrong. It just was never applied properly. Reality is wrong, the theory is right. And meanwhile, the country burns. That's why "cynical or disconnected?" is the right question. You can reason with a cynic. He follows his interests, so if you change his incentives, you change his behavior. A disconnected believer, you can't. Every failure becomes more proof that you need to push further in the same direction. I think this explains much of the madness of European leadership. Not a bunch of villains plotting in a back room. Possibly sincere people, shaped in the same mold, raised on the same ideas, plugged into a system that is a flat denial of common sense. People so cut off from reality that their sincerity is what makes them dangerous. Macron is the purest embodiment of it. When you build a company, reality corrects you every single week. A customer who doesn't pay, a product that doesn't work, a competitor who moves faster. You don't get a choice: adapt or die. The State never dies. It never gets the bill. And people who have only ever known the State end up believing reality is just one opinion among many. The problem isn't that he lies. The problem is that he can't see.

I fear there is too much truth than what this guy is saying
The Louvre is next. Someone has suggested that the Louvre's magnificent and priceless works of art should be moved to Poland. To keep them safe – but also so they can be appreciated in a civilized environment. A year ago today, thieves walked into the Louvre in broad daylight and walked out with the crown jewels – in seven minutes. Activists had already thrown cake and soup at the Mona Lisa. Only the glass saved her. It may sound like a joke. Until you imagine if they were to burn the Mona Lisa. Notre Dame burned after all… We are talking about the heritage of Our Civilization. Can the French government be trusted to protect it? Centuries of Western genius, in a country that can no longer protect its own streets. We would take good care of her. Civilization is best kept by the people who would never throw soup at it.

Way scarier than almost anyone can realize.
Replying to @DataRepublican
@realdonaldtrump ordering the shut down of USAID was a great victory for the American people. It was an honor to serve with @elonmusk and @doge. But as this recording shows, USAID's threat to freedom, and its color revolutions on our soil, are still very real. 🙏🇺🇸

This is really scary stuff!
Democrats have been dropping hints out in the open for months about what they'll do if they sweep the midterms. Now @DataRepublican has uncovered the terrifying strategy. Thousands of internal transcripts and recordings reveal the DSA's operational plan to trigger a "doomsday scenario." They want to manufacture enough street chaos, like we're seeing in France, to force Trump to use the Insurrection Act in 2027. Then, they'll cry "fascism" until they can delegitimize federal authority and hand power to Democratic governors in a color revolution. THIS IS WHAT THEY’VE ALWAYS BEEN PLANNING. Remember when Susan Rice threatened to hold corporations, law firms, and tech companies that cooperated with Trump "accountable" through subpoenas? And Sen. Elissa Slotkin recently admitted she wants to "scare" young professionals by creating "reputational risk" so nobody wants to serve in a conservative administration. They want to set the country on fire until you have no choice but to yield.

This is planned “insurrection” by DSA!
If you don't know who @Petermarocco is - he is the DOGE administrator who actually ended USAID. We worked together. He's a grizzled veteran, tougher than nails, knows all the USAID bodies. He's not easy to shake. But I showed Pete the next clip I'm dropping tonight, and his reaction was "holy crap" followed by "Seriously, that tape is straight up coup" followed by a discussion of how to get the materials over to the DoJ. I'm working on getting this out in some publicly consumable format - I can't just mirror 250 GB of scraped data on my website (there are legality reasons). I'm also looking into sharing the data with media contacts.

This is definitely a step in the right direction

I regret the circumstances she endured, but I’m happy at the outcome for her. My hope is that many people around the world will see what is happening in France and come to the same conclusion that she did: Leftism is no solution.
Dear person who SWATTED my family a year ago today, Thank you. If it wasn’t for you, I would never have felt God‘s hand on my shoulder. I would never have known how incredible my local police department is. I would never have lost all my “friends” and gained people with backbone and heart. I would never have seen the true spirit of real community. God protected my family that day. And now, my family and friends and community stand beside him. Beside Christ. And he is the best gift I will ever receive. We are the line against evil and we are not going anywhere. Shun us. Shame us. Hurt us. All you do is make MORE BELIEVERS out of the people watching your violence. I pray for you. God bless you and may he call you back to his warmth and grace. (Also Happy Birthday my love @mattvanswol 🤦🏼‍♀️ we win as long as we stay truthful and follow the light)

This is reading a lot into that poor woman’s face. She could be a lefty or not, but either way this could all well be true: the realization that the world is not like she thought.
This video is currently all over social media. Many are expressing sorrow for this woman and sadness at her outrage. My take on it is different. The look you see on her face is not outrage…it’s realisation. It is the look of a white, liberal lefty woman suddenly realising that her entire worldview is/was totally wrong. That what she had spent her life arrogantly portraying as her higher morality and understanding was in fact “suicidal empathy” as described by @GadSaad and that empathy was going to destroy her entire society.

History repeats itself in France

During the Iranian Revolution, leftist students, communists, and Muslims were all united in overthrowing the Shah. Around 30,000 leftists who helped the Islamic regime consolidate power were soon executed. That’s where the term “useful idiot” comes from. One of the women celebrating in the picture was killed, the other fled the country for her life.

The Founding Fathers studied the excesses of the French Revolution to engineer a more resilient, stable republic and avoid that chaos at home. History is repeating its warnings. May we learn from France once again today. 🇺🇸🇫🇷

Quote: “A country that won't defend its own people won't stay a country for long.”
🚨 TRUTH: This young French woman just said what millions of Europeans are THINKING, and she says she could be PROSECUTED for it. She watched the historic Limoges town hall burn and said what every patriot feels: it's not "just a building." Her ancestors built France, and she's done apologizing for it. She says the open-borders crowd's "suicidal empathy" is killing her country, and she's right. France let in millions, put them on the welfare state, and the native middle class is getting taxed into the ground to pay for it. Now Paris, Lyon, Marseille, and Limoges are on fire. A country that won't defend its own people won't stay a country for long. America, take notes.

She [Slotkin] has revealed the ultimate purpose of lawfare, which is to override the will of voters.
Slotkin has, in many ways, done us a favor. She has revealed the ultimate purpose of lawfare, which is to override the will of voters. This is no longer about Trump, if it ever was. The simple truth is that the left has built a long-term system to subvert election results and ultimately entrench de facto one-party rule. We cannot keep fighting the abuses one at a time while leaving the system that produces them untouched. This is why we founded Counterlawfare.org. We need to confront this machinery head-on, expose how it operates, and awaken Americans to the full scale of the threat.
