Is Christopher Guests' character supposed to be Corky St. Clair?!? Or just inspired the Guffman character?

Sometimes I point to people and say, “Hey you! I know you, I know you.” Nobody gets it anymore. I know this, but I do it anyway.

I had to Goggle to find out who the other actor was with Martin Short. It was Harry Shearer. This was another brilliant and hilarious skit from SNL. Classic. 😂😂♥️♥️

Martin Short’s deck work is hilarious. Too bad they didn’t show the whole thing.

Why do I remember Siskel & Ebert reviewing this when it aired? Why would they? I’ll right, I’ll google.

Oh my, the greats. And still with us as strong as ever: Martin Short and Harry Shearer. (Pssst, I didnt have to look that up. I knew it was them.) 🥰😘😉😍

Harry Shearer was probably the most underrated of SNL performers. And his other stuff in Spinal Tap and the Simpsons was brilliant. But for the love of God, Le Show has become the most tedious radio show of all time in the last decade. Please NPR. Just end it.
