Das Recht auf Selbstverteidigung ist ein fundamentales Prinzip, das wir uneingeschränkt anerkennen – insbesondere wegen der wachsenden Bedrohung durch das iranische Atomprogramm und der mangelnden Bereitschaft Irans zur internationalen Kooperation. Die Unterstützung von Terrorgruppen und Drohungen zur Vernichtung von #Israel sind nicht hinnehmbar. Zum Schutz jüdischer und israelischer Einrichtungen in Bayern wurden bereits gezielte Maßnahmen angeordnet und zusätzlich ausgebaut. Unsere Solidarität ist gelebte Verantwortung. Gleichzeitig hoffen wir, dass die angespannte Lage im Nahen Osten nicht weiter eskaliert und eine Rückkehr zu diplomatischen Lösungen möglich bleibt. Denn Hass und Gewalt werden keinen dauerhaften Frieden schaffen.
