Tried this after sitting at my desk for 10 hours and my neck/shoulders were screaming. Literally 8 seconds later the pain just… vanished. No fancy equipment. No expensive massage. Just a towel. If you carry tension in your upper traps or wake up with a stiff neck, stop scrolling and try this right now. Your future self will thank you. (And yes, I felt stupid for not knowing this earlier.)

Maybe I phrased this poorly. I'm saying he paid a $9k down payment on his first house in 1972. My first car I paid $20k in cash upfront for a used car with 20,000 miles on it. And I felt proud of it, too. When I was in college my grandparent gave me an old beaten-up car I used to go makeout with girls in. Then I got out of college, finally started getting established in my career after years of grinding, I paid off my college loans ($19,000), and then I saved up enough money to pay all cash for a used car ($20,000). You see, I bought into all the bullshit I had been told all my life. Feminism. Colorblind equality. Liberal democracy. Personal freedom. Respect for our elders. Hard work gets rewarded. Integrity when no one is looking. Frugally saving money and doing the right thing and demonstrating individual heroism, moral virtue, servant leadership. Capital accumulation in a steady career. And what did you guys do? You completely fucking betrayed us. You Boomers ruined America, and you feel proud about it. You mortgaged our future, sent all the factory jobs overseas to China, imported 150 million foreigners, loaded up America with $40 trillion debt, racially discriminated against young white men with DEI, and insulated yourself from the social consequences. You impoverished the youth. I paid twice as much for a used car as this guy paid for a house. And the car is a depreciating asset. The Boomer purchases a house for a $9k down payment and a $45k total in 1974, then over the course of his lifetime the value of the house appreciates anywhere from $400k to $1.2 million. But this is why we hate Boomers like you. You're like "Why would you care if the entire ecosystem is collapsing, if you personally are doing fine? Fuck society and fuck everyone else, as long as you get yours". Then young guys like men, who are moderately successful in a brutally suffocating ecosystem, do the math. I would be up $1-3 million if I was starting out under the same conditions as a Boomer in 1974. Do you know all of the cool stuff I could do with $3 million? Do you know how many workers I could employ? Do you know how many projects I could self-finance and expand on? Do you know how many people I could help? No, of course not. You only care about helping yourself.

I’m trying to figure out what you’re whining about if you could afford to drop $90k in cash on your first car.

For real though you have to be careful with these biker guys. My uncle passed a group of them once on the interstate (THEY DID NOT WANT TO BE PASSED). They followed him to a gas station, pulled him out of his car, held him down, and took turns violently sucking him off. One even kissed him on the mouth.

I used to post stuff like this a lot because much of it does have merit in that Ellis Islanders did harm the overall ethos of the country and because I got tired of the historical revisionism “we built this country” etc. However, it’s extremely pointless and unproductive in a post Hart-Celler world. So many are still unaware of the immense gravity of our demographic crisis hence posts like “Europe is fucked” even though their countries are largely north of 70% White while ours is 50%. Was in an extremely rural agricultural area recently and more than half the people I interacted with were Hispanics and I’m not just talking about the farmhands. At a time when so many on the right shamelessly come out in favor of literal miscegenation with browns, it just seems so harmful and unnecessary to cause White infighting.
Italians didn't "help build this country" Like the Irish, they largely immigrated to already existing communities, where they leveraged ethnically organized crime and corruption to displace the heritage descendants of the earlier settlers
Community note
Italian and Irish immigrants provided essential unskilled labor for constructing US railroads, canals, public works, subways and urban infrastructure during rapid national expansion from the 1880s-1920s, not primarily through organized crime in static communities. folkstreams.net/contexts/libra… nps.gov/gosp/learn/his… en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Italian_A…

So 9 months ago I stashed away this reddit post regarding #lorifrantzve #erikakirk #charliekirk #tpusa - bc I didn’t have enough evidence to prove the truth of the matter asserted I held onto it in screen shots. Then came @paleochristcon showing some video not proving #erikakirk alibi on Sept 8th and it featured Charlie with his kids and a wall covered in crayon behind him….. and then the @vanityfair spread with Erika unable to clean up her house, brush her kids hair, jumping on furniture and I thought oh now I have to cover this -@RealCandaceO @buckleycarlson @BasedSamParker @ProjectConstitu @DiligentDenizen @ZachCostello_ @alleytopfiles

Being married with no kids looks like being 12 years old on repeat. It's always funny when childless people try to convince us how great their life is. Those of us who have kids already know what's it's like to be childless. We were all childless once. They're the ones who have no clue what they're missing.

Indians are gypsies. Ask any European about gypsies. They’re not normal humans. They are the most disgusting, immoral, scamming turds on the face of the planet. Even Muslims are capable of taking a bath and engaging in charity towards the poor.

1188. The first English account of Ireland ever written complains that the Irish will not plough, and gives the reason: they own cattle, so they own their time. Gerald of Wales came over with the Normans and wrote the country up for the King. His verdict on the people was that they lived on beasts and lived like beasts, had never progressed beyond the pastoral life, neglected the fields, and held that the greatest pleasure was not to work and the greatest wealth was to enjoy liberty. They lived, he noted, on milk and flesh. Then he described their bodies, and the indictment slipped. The Irish, he wrote, did not swaddle their infants or shape them as civilised mothers did, and yet nature alone produced in them tall and handsome frames, straight-limbed, with fine faces and good colour. He put it down as a marvel. It was the milk. He meant the whole thing as a charge. Read it again as a description. A family with a herd on a hillside had milk in the morning, butter for the winter, a calf to sell and nothing to plough, and answered to nobody for the grass. A family on a ploughland answered to whoever owned the land, the mill and the tithe barn, and spent its year bent over, short. Every English writer on Ireland for the next 400 years said the same thing in the same tone. The Irish keep cattle and go where the grass is. They will not settle, till and pay. Spenser said it in 1596. Gerald had said it first, before there was a plantation to sell. The bodies kept telling the story after the land was taken. In the 1770s the East India Company was forbidden by law to recruit Irishmen, and an Irish officer ignored the law and signed up hundreds. When the records of 1,000 of his men were set against the English recruits beside them, the Irish were taller in every age group and had reached their full height younger, out of a country everybody agreed was the poorer. They still had the cow and the buttermilk. The Englishman had the loaf and the wage. The word Gerald chose for a people who fed themselves from an animal without a landlord was not lazy, though he tried lazy. It was free. He wrote it as the charge, and then he measured the result and called it a wonder. Eight hundred years on, the countries with the most cattle per head are still the ones nobody has managed to make plough for somebody else, and the word still bothers the same class of writer.
