The big LIE- Elias Law Group. I just filed a Georgia State Election Board complaint against the Elias Law Group. They use lawsuits and threats of lawsuits to interfere with the conduct of elections. They point a legal gun at election officials and demand that they violate state and federal election laws. Lawfare, Barfare, legal assault…they are a menace to civility and society.

Georgia keeps fictitious voters on the voter rolls. This non-existent voter has been on the list for 3 years! The Secretary of State's office investigated and concluded no such person exists in Georgia. SEB agreed 8 months ago. A fraudulent voter registration- GHOST VOTER. Astoundingly, this voter is still on Georgia's voter rolls!! How did a fictitious person get on the voter rolls? Why hasn't this fictitious voter been removed? Remember- Georgia is registered at 104% The USPS Rule would prevent delivery of thousands of undeliverable Absentee by mail ballots. Do you know where most of the EXCESS voter registrations are in Georgia?? (EAC) Fulton 115% Cherokee 114% Henry 113% Gwinnett 112% Cobb 111% Dekalb 111% Forsyth 111% Clayton 109% These 8 counties make up almost half of the voter registrations in Georgia… and more than half of the EXCESS voter registrations. Here is the beginning of a 3 page letter by Elias Law Group and DSCC sent to county election offices in 2022 which reads like a lawsuit threat for performing normal voter list review to remove ineligible voters from the voter list. Why would Elias Law Group and DSCC want to keep ineligible voters on Georgia’s voter rolls? Seems like Elias Law Group has flawed thinking and is preventing registrars from performing their duty to keep accurate and current voter rolls as directed by NVRA.

Fulton is then using the new scans and tabulation of votes for the "official" election results. Fulton has removed the original ballot images and data! Not only that -- Fulton County used the "rescanned ballot batches" for their audit. And guess what?? The numbers don't match. Fulton County has some explaining to do!!
