They let the family say goodbye. She answers by calling an agent a "stupid asshole." She tells him to call her, because she'll bring him back here illegally. A goodbye doesn't include a promise to run him across again. Bringing an alien in, or encouraging him to come back after a removal, is a federal crime under 8 U.S.C. § 1324. Illegal entry itself is a criminal misdemeanor under § 1325, and coming back after removal is a felony under § 1326. She ends it the way she started, cursing the agents in Spanish because she can barely get a sentence out in English. Nothing on this clip confirms her own status, and she still offers to put him back on this side of the border. Agents don't owe a goodbye to someone who treats a removal like a round trip. They were way too nice here, and they need to stop being so damn nice to people who announce the next illegal crossing while the family is still standing there.

SBA The larger SBA OIG estimate is even bigger: more than $200B in potentially fraudulent PPP + COVID EIDL loans. SBA disputed that estimate and separately estimated about $36B in likely fraud.
