@DataRepublican ~ grok “Arlington is suing over policies and statements it says already authorize and threaten unlawful armed federal presence at the polls, plus the costs and disruption that threat is already creating. 🚨Elias is connected to the broader ecosystem DataRepublican has been highlighting, consistent with his long role in Democratic election litigation.” @MZHemingway
Arlington County, Virginia, sued the Trump administration Tuesday to stop armed federal agents from operating at and near polling places, arguing that their threatened presence at voting sites is already alarming voters just two weeks before Election Day. democracydocket.com/news-ale…

@grok “Yes, Marc Elias is referenced in the recent DataRepublican materials. In mid-October 2026 posts tied to her “Democracy Files” / network research on Democratic/NGO coordination, Insurrection Act scenarios, and related plans, DataRepublican stated that the groups involved “are working with Marc Elias too.” She has been mapping connections among progressive organizations, election-related efforts, and figures in the broader Democratic legal ecosystem.”

~ grok continued “Federal courts routinely hear pre-enforcement challenges to government policies when the threatened action is sufficiently concrete, the plaintiff faces imminent harm or current costs, and waiting would cause hardship (common in election and First Amendment contexts). Pure speculation is not enough; a credible threat of unlawful action plus present injury often is. Whether Arlington meets the standard (standing, ripeness, final agency action under the APA) WILL BE DECIDED BY THE COURT Critics note that Mullin’s comments were limited to specific warrants or active threats rather than blanket deployment, and that the statute’s exception is narrow.” @CynicalPublius smelled like Elias so I asked…..

Republican gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy doubled down on the controversial campaign ad featuring the estranged mother of his opponent in the Ohio governor's race, Amy Acton, calling her a "liar." "If she feels that there's anything that's unfair or inaccurate about the criticisms leveled against her, she should be willing to defend herself on a debate stage," he said on Wednesday. Acton's campaign and her brother denounced the ad as a "despicable low."

Mr. Raskin has been grokked for an out of context “mean tweet.” Not surprised. “THE SNAKE” #Maryland Do us all a favor. Vote @Cheryl4moco
Trump said: “When I’m gone, you’re all going to be broke.” Truer words have never been spoken. He has plundered, robbed and bilked the whole country for himself and his family. That’s what disgorgement is all about. Disgorgement—please practice this very fine word.

Yes, Trump said it on July 24, 2026, at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner. Addressing the journalists present: “You people have no idea how lucky you are. When I’m gone, you’re all going to be broke. Your business model is going to be finished… There’s not going to be anybody to report on. Nobody gives a damn about anybody else.” He was joking that media ratings depend on covering him.

This is the laymen’s version of “the redline” criteria by @DataRepublican audio release. Triggering criteria: 1. Don’t investigate election fraud, or you’re illegitimate. 2. If cheating happened and you delay seating a new member of Congress because of it, you’re illegitimate. 3. If Republicans win too many elections, then you’re illegitimate. 4. If Trump does anything about activist judges, then he’s illegitimate. *5. If Trump lifts a finger against peaceful protesters, then he’s illegitimate. *This is the actual document language of #5 broad and swishy enough to be THE TRIGGER TRIPPER but shouldn’t be ⬇️ #5“The executive deploys the military, federalized National Guard, federal law enforcement, or paramilitary forces against voters, election officials, political opponents, the press, or peaceful assembly in ways that make democratic participation impossible.” So anything from a military appearance to a negative meme. Seems a bit broad. 🙄 And easily interpreted as a triggering event as justification.

Justin Pearson polices, and endorsements are all DSA he just hasn’t doned the socialist uniform colors.
In Tennessee last week, I told voters that @Justinjpearson winning would send an important message to the country. Why? Because we need bold, anti-corruption, pro-worker candidates. So now I’m asking you to support a slate of candidates who fit this mold. secure.actblue.com/donate/cs…

New drop
Consider this Democracy Files 3.5. Note in the video that they are pretty confident that a "breakthrough" will happen that gets rid of Trump sometime between now and January 3rd, and Mike Smith allegedly acknowledges RAD's role in writing the government that comes after. Another drop coming later this morning.

Serious question. Does a vagina, on a Democrat, give them special power? Does having a vagina remove the need for responsibility and accountabilty? Is that why @GavinNewsom and @ZohranKMamdani also have vaginas? If you have a vagina and you break the law, as @IlhanMN has done, do you get special dispensation from being prosecuted for breaking the law? If you are @ElissaSlotkin She Wolf of the SS, does this mean you can refer to your vagina as the reason your brain does not work?
Elissa Slotkin claims that the only reason that she's being attacked for threatening lawfare against young conservatives for serving in the Trump administration is because she's a woman. 🙄

Eight days ago, less than a month before an election, Trump's DOJ raided @Ilhan's home in what we know is a fascistic attempt to denaturalize & deport her.   We cannot become numb to these blatant abuses of power. Failure to call this for what it is, is complicity. washingtonpost.com/politics/…
