Open PropAMM Quoting Infrastructure For Makers On Solana. No token. Backed by @alliance Telegram: t.me/HadronAlphaChat

Fill vs Band: Hadron makers can now see their fills plotted against their own quoted band, with fills from competing venues overlaid. Every fill is classified: retail vs non-retail (arb, wash, atomic), router vs non router. Questions it answers: - How does my adverse selection compare to other venues? - Should I skew my bid/ask? - How one-sided has my flow been?

Here's a few things you can configure on a Hadron propAMM that you can't on a CLOB or passive AMM 1) Continuous curves for pricing and inventory Most AMMs and CLOBs have discrete ticks/buckets, vs in a prop, the entire quoting function is an equation that takes in inventory and price and gives an output. this is super helpful to makers that want tight control over their quotes, esp useful in asset classes like PMMs with high adverse selection risk 2) Switch between multiple quoting strategies in a single pool super cheaply We let users store up to 16 Prefabs for the bid/ask and price/inventory changes, where each prefab is a different trading strategy that you can essentially draw into the program. In a single 50 CU txn, you can move from one book shape to another 3) Active and Passive quoting in the same pool Our inventory curve lets you replicate a lot of what a passive AMM can do, so you can create curves that reduce to DLMM but with any spread combo and customizable bin/tick sizes and spacings across the range. If uptime is important to you and your active infra breaks, you can switch to a passive strategy in the same pool (or choose to stop quoting automatically if you don't get a price update within X slots) 4) Segment flow at runtime We let you keep and update a dynamic list of accounts that you either want to widen or tighten to, so you can penalize toxic takers and quote tightly to retail swaps. This area is early and we have a lot more coming here All this in a double-audited contract. Props are by far the most expressive way for makers to quote on-chain
imo most people discount how programmable prop amms can be. for example you can enforce depth or spreads onchain.

Yes. And there are teams like @Hadron_Fi @flint_trade_ abstracting the difficulty of onchain market making With MPP, plus the distributions of users already using Solana, market making on Solana is a no brainer. And we have more for market makers coming soon.
I’ve seen at least one prop AMM on Robinhood but i don’t think it’s gonna fare well with the FCFS single sequencer tx ordering. Solana’s spot market structure looks like one giant orderbook if you coalesce all the prop AMMs’s quotes and account for the BAM oracle priority plugin / soft CU prio. Not sure why anyone would quote on Robinhood but not on Solana.

PropAMMs are coming to all markets Powered by Hadron, live everywhere.
We’re partnering with @Hadron_Fi to build the first propAMM driven prediction market on Solana. We’ve codesigned the most efficient propamm for prediction markets. This will power the first generation of pm backed memes.

People are quite excited about props for perps But props will power all on-chain markets - spot, perps, prediction markets, options and anything else you can think of Liquidity depth will be a solved problem this cycle Teams are already building exchanges for some of these on top of Hadron today btw. More on this soon
List of things I like for this cycle: -@MetaDAOProject (and anything else that seeks to address the token vs Equity debate) -@Zcash -@fomo -Prop AMMs (especially those that figure out how to apply similar tech for perps) -@Uniswap V4 Hook design space -DePin for Data collection (@MeckaAI , whatever else is out there that I haven’t found) -@prlnet & @Pluralis -Anything @token_works launches -@ereborbank -@dopplerprotocol -@Backpack comeback arc -Whatever breakout app emerges on @monad (wide open for the taking) -@notional_xyz - @Architect_Fi & @OrnnExchange -@techdollarhq -Any perp dex that cracks multi-asset margin + portfolio margining (wide selection of assets is important here) -Onchain Options -Any team with a token that cares deeply about Investor Relations and Capital Markets strategy (talk to @novora_ ) -Fully bootstrapped teams -Hack-Prevention feature focus -Products built with Cypherpunk values -Belief in Jesus Christ List of things that I feel Meh about: -Prediction Markets in their current form (can write more about this later) -Prediction Market Accessory Tech (terminals etc; Most of these are VC beta imo) -Most Vault Products -Agentic Trading products in their current state -NFTs (some exceptions)

hadron allows anyone to build a propAMM. the price-curve primitives provided by hadron are flexible and CU efficient and hadron is integrated with @JupiterExchange swap, so if you can provide the best quotes, you will get real orderflow if you liked the @danrobinson @bqbrady AMM design challenge, now you can build a real AMM which competes on-chain against real routers, arbitragers for real orderflow and earns real money there are lots of assets on solana where the only liquidity is provided by passive AMM liquidity. there is definitely still plenty of room to compete with passive AMMs for lower volume routes (memes, RWAs, unusual pairs)

This is exactly why we built @Hadron_Fi btw Tokenising an RWA is mostly trivial outside of reg, but most issuers today throw the liquidity on an AMM and trade with horrible execution. No one is going to buy this stuff if we don't offer comparable liquidity to tradfi. Which leads to the crucial question: How do you trade an asset with trillions in off-chain liquidity in a fragmented on-chain market? You could run RFQ but you break defi composability and 24hr trading. You'd also need to integrate into every router's RFQ one at a time. Not all frontends support it. The liquidity doesn't rest on-chain. There's basically no point in doing this long term. PropAMMs exist and can perfectly let you quote at a global maxima price with DeFi composability. They may be the most important market structure innovation for on-chain trading ever. Except all of them are black box and will only quote assets with some CEX listings. Maybe you're bringing an exotic asset on-chain. Maybe you want large trades to have tighter execution. You have no control over the infra and if they quote poorly well tough luck. It's like working with a predatory market maker because they're integrated with Binance and you need the listing. Not a great solution for a healthy long term market structure. With Hadron, anyone can spin up a propAMM that's audited, integrated into every router, transparent and lets you control your asset's destiny. You control the quoting and ensure your users get best execution. Hop on, we're building crucial market structure infrastructure to bring TradFi to Solana.
The other thing everyone misses is how important it is to be able to trade between Nasdaq <> @solana to keep onchain prices in line. No other issuer talks about it because they don't actually care about onchain liquidity. Imo that's the north star.

Prop AMMs have become one of the largest sources of Solana DEX volume and that's exactly why complete coverage matters. @ArcherExchange_ and @Hadron_Fi are now live on Birdeye Data. Real-time prices, volume, liquidity & trades - for every pool. One API

Props haven’t scaled because there wasn’t an easy way for anyone to access them for any asset and get flow instantly We’ve seen with @Hadron_Fi that anytime someone quotes any longer tail asset it’s the largest or second largest pool with 1/10th TVL pretty consistently. The era of walled garden props has effectively ended. Scaling comes next

On number two, you can setup a propAMM with any arbitrary swap function + runtime segmentation and get flow for in under 20 min on mainnet with @Hadron_Fi

One of the largest trading firms in the world is bullish on propAMMs We're yet to see propAMMs scale across the next 100 assets and billion on-chain traders Hadron enables this future 🔜
1/ PropAMMs and the Next Chapter of Permissionless Market Structure For years, onchain trading won on access, lost on execution. Some feel better performance requires moving backwards to centralized systems PropAMMs on @solana are proving permissionless can outcompete centralized

Titan announced an important integration with @Hadron_Fi , a PropAMM protocol recently. What's that ? And how's that useful? In traditional AMM, there are set prices, and it has a higher chance of exploitation by arbitrage bots or insiders. This is where PropAMMs come in, PropAMM is a hybrid of a traditional market maker (like a high frequency trading firm) and a standard DeFi pool (like Uniswap). This allows the team to fix prices , use custom algorithms , and prevent easy exploitations. With this, the hadronfi team can even support a new memecoin with deeper liquidity. With titan integration, whatever token launches through hadron can be instantly tradable in Titan. Good tek.

Was a pleasure to integrate with the team at @Hadron_Fi A new generalizable propAMM design built for customizable liquidity rules. zenBTC now has some of the tightest spreads of any BTC asset on Solana. What this means for traders: - Deep, efficient BTC liquidity on Solana - Tight spreads without mercenary LPs - Direct access to sustainable BTC yield backed by Zenrock protocol fees BTC on Solana just got tighter.
