Robinhood's chain is clearing nearly 10 million transactions a day
Robinhood Chain (@RobinhoodCrypto) has passed 750M transactions since mainnet opened on July 1. The explorer now shows over 756M transactions across 23M addresses, with daily volume near 9.8M.
The Arbitrum-based L2 settles to Ethereum, runs 0.1-second blocks, and keeps gas under a cent. @Uniswap has traded there since launch and, by late July, was its second-largest chain by spot volume behind Ethereum mainnet.

Aave Founder’s “Uber Path” Could Change How DeFi Faces The CLARITY Act
Aave founder Stani Kulechov (@StaniKulechov) says DeFi may need to grow before regulation catches up.
He compared the approach to Uber expanding before clear regulatory frameworks existed.
The comments came after the failed Senate vote of the CLARITY Act.
According to Kulechov, increased adoption would make it increasingly difficult for lawmakers to dodge the issue of regulation. He said DeFi needs stronger real-world use and millions of users to prove its value.

CZ Says CLARITY Act Setback Won’t Stop Progress
Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (@cz_binance) says setbacks will continue, but technology advancement will also continue.
His comments came in response to Superstate CEO Mike Leshner’s reaction to the Senate vote.
The CLARITY Act failed to reach the 60 votes required for procedural advancement. Leshner argued the setback leaves crypto businesses and developers without new federal protections.
