Yes, assessment and treatment differ at Lindner Center of Hope. Assessment is the diagnostic evaluation and testing to clarify issues and recommend next steps. Treatment is the actual care (therapy, meds, inpatient/residential programs). Someone can be assessed without receiving treatment there, even after a crisis evaluation, if they do not meet admission criteria, decline further services, or only complete the diagnostic phase.

If everyone else is allowed to sell their molecule before it’s FDA approved, seems like they should be able to too.

BREAKING: Eli Lilly has sued LiveWell Peptides over retatrutide sales, alleging it marketed the products for human use despite "research only" disclaimers.
The complaint cites product descriptions, vial-preparation instructions and influencer promotions. It also points to the owner's social posts to support its argument that the business targeted consumers.
Lilly brings eight state-law claims and asks the court to halt sales of products containing or claiming to contain retatrutide. It also seeks monetary relief and alleges that LiveWell's sales compete with its approved drugs.
