Because of the conduct of @TexasGOP and @gop, and that of their surrogates, I am announcing for the first time something I've never done, especially as a straight-ticket Republican voter and three-time Trump voter.
As a protest for their failures and bad-faith conduct, I fully endorse @jamestalarico and will vote for him during the midterms.
I will also vote for @Jon_RosenthalTX to protest @bofrench's racism.
All other votes remain undecided.

The “flu” thing was a BIG FAT LIE
Following reporting by @SaraGonzalesTX and @CarolineWren, a hospital employee told @RheinAmacher and I that Talarico had in fact been a patient at the Lindner Center of Hope near Cincinnati, Ohio, which specializes in around-the-clock mental health treatment.
While I sympathize with those dealing with mental health crises, this man is CLEARLY not suited to become a US Senator representing over 30 MILLION TEXANS.
The job doesn’t get easier after being elected — it only gets MORE stressful.
And Talarico clearly can’t handle it.
I pray he gets the help he needs, but Texans need a real representative they can rely on.

This!! Sacramento is already pretty lackadaisicle at best, and hostile at worst when it comes to funding mass transit in the state. It will only get worse if RTM fails.
Anyway, you can catch me at the West Oakland farmers market this Sunday campaigning for this ballot measure.
I will also say that if RTM fails, good luck to all of us in the politics of getting any more support for transit from Sacramento.
The result will be read as "Well, Bay Area voters don't want transit anyway, so why should the rest of the state give them anything?"

Last night, on the call with the Mayor’s Office to Combat Antisemitism, we were advised that their comprehensive plan didn’t even include the word Zionism, or Zionist Jews, because “Zionism is a political ideology.” Zionism is not a political ideology, it’s part of the ethnic and religious identity of the majority of American Jews.

That Means Every Single American wants to live in Exurban Developer Slop where getting milk and beer means driving on the highway.
Brightline is filing for bankruptcy. While certainly there are policy issues around permitting time and construction costs and EPA rules and the like, fundamentally, Brightline made sense as a rail project. But it's going bankrupt because demand for passenger rail just isn't there.
The reason America doesn't have European railways is because Americans do not actually want them very much.
