🚨 UPDATE: Curis Law has now ALSO rescinded its consent to Jay Z’s request for an enlarged 40 page opposition brief. Curis says it originally agreed because Jay Z’s side represented that the extra pages were needed to respond to all three pending motions to dismiss, including Jane Doe’s. But later that same evening, after obtaining the defendants’ consent, Jay Z voluntarily dismissed Jane Doe and filed her new declaration. Curis is now joining Buzbee’s opposition and says it “appears fairly obvious” Jay Z’s side already knew they planned to discontinue the claims against Jane Doe when they sought the extra pages. Their position is that with Jane Doe’s motion now out of the picture, the remaining arguments are largely overlapping and the additional pages are no longer warranted. So now BOTH Buzbee’s side and Curis Law have withdrawn their consent to the 40 page request.

This is similar to our story. We believe everyone was involved like attorneys and maybe even court people. My car being shot up and someone putting guns in my car was kinda wild. Now they trying to use bankruptcy courts to buy our house in NJ. Alot of trickery maneuvering with the law but its not working cuse those watching knows this is fraud to hide the truth. 🚨 This was “Jane Doe” and her attorney, J. Blair Newman Jr., on September 1, filing a motion to dismiss Jay Z’s case against her, complete with a memorandum, declaration and exhibits. Fast forward to September 24, and now there is a new sworn 12 page declaration from Jane Doe, filed just days before Jay Z’s side was expected to respond to the motion she filed earlier this month. That is a major shift in a very short amount of time. I genuinely want to know what changed between September 1 and September 24.
