For any men, teens or families who have a boy diagnosed with XXY Klinefelter Syndrome, I would not recommend the Klinefelter Syndrome Association.
The trustees, like 'Chris Lexi Breen', a TIM, spread lies about the condition, the trustees are like a dictatorship, with many in such positions for many years, despite the organisation's constitution declaring that trustees should only have a maximum term of 2 years. They deliberately target impressionable teenage boys and families with gender identity, often telling young boys/teenage boys that they are partially female, which has been also witnessed by many attendees at the yearly KSA UK AGM. One guy in his 30s with learning difficulties came up to another advocate in a worried, anxious state asking him if he'd end up trans like 'Lexi' because of all the misleading info that 'Lexi' was saying! The safeguarding in the organisation is non-existent and many trustees seem to have ulterior motives, rather than sticking to grounded facts about the condition. So to anybody reading this who has XXY Klinefelter Syndrome, or families with boys with XXY KS, please avoid the organisation, as they are deliberately grooming vulnerable young boys and vulnerable adult men with learning difficulties. It's infuriating why the charity commission has not investigated the KSA, because it's a widely known issue!
