For anyone calling any of this investing racist: Months ago I dug through the DCYF, WA Paycheck site and other Gov sites. It became quite clear to me that the largest payouts were going to Somolian home daycares with a max of 12 kids enrolled. The other large sums were going to commercial daycares with averages of 50+ kids. And all of those daycares were clearly legitimate daycares. So how are Somalian home daycares with 12 max capacity (and in many cases lower around 9) receiving the same amount as these large daycares? I know the state gave out specific grants to Somalian daycares specifically, but that totalled to around $1M. This doesn’t explain the large sums these “daycares” are getting on an ongoing monthly basis. Anyone calling this invitation “racist” clearly hasn’t done a lick of leg work to verify daycare payouts made by WA State. Period. Anyone who has looked at the actual data of payment histories to daycares can clearly see that the only daycares racking in high sums are high head count professional daycares/ early learning centers and then the multiple tiny Somalian ran home daycares. The questionable part of the data is WHY IS IT ALL SOMOLIANS? That’s not a racist question— that’s a legitimate question.

Like I said before,if those daycare operators receive their checks through the mail, it is mail fraud, a federal crime that needs to be investigated by federal authorities.

How are they getting around all the approvals and checks? This is all just too much for us taxpayers 😖

I have a friend that owns a daycare. All private, does not get a penny from the state. She has on average 4 inspections per year from multiple agencies (health dept, DSHS, etc…) if these daycares manage to exist I assume someone on the inside is getting a cut.

Now take a look at who is approving/inspecting the daycares when I researched it looked like they have people on the DHS payroll who are part of their community and have connections to the community group who helps teach them how to set up the daycares. 🧐

It seems to me the SEIU is involved in multiple states and wonder why the feds aren't investigating these accusations under RICO

I was thinking that some negligent WA State official will appear out of nowhere and claim the online values were accidentally inflated by 10. Or someone will spend the weekend manipulating the data. But divide the amounts by 10, and it is still a scam.

IIRC, in Minnesota 'Somalian' day care scandals once ownership was documented- one or a few would own the 'day care' - and the only children sent were their own, birthed thru multiple 'wives' (Muslim 'brides'). Ending with parent being paid cha-ching$ more 4MOAR muslim babies.

Or birth rates... I dont think we even have enough children in WA to fill what they claim to be serving. Literally... where are the kids?

Can only imagine what you’d find if you search the daycare owner/directors against MN property/parcel searches. Maybe more housing first pipelines?!
