I presume that you have not studied the scientific research on the difference between natural Folate and synthetic Folic Acid. Have you thought about getting a job advising the government?
There's no real difference between "synthetic" and "natural" folate use in the body, though overloading on folic acid or any supplement may be problematic.
Rejection of expert advice in favor of "something I saw on social media" is way more toxic than folic acid-fortified flour.

Have you looked at the state of American health today? Do you think that we are seeing some of the consequences of toxic chemicals in their 'foods'?
Why not look at the U.S., where folic acid fortification has been implemented for nearly three decades without the consequences fearmongers in the U.K. are bleating about?
Is there similar panic about iodized salt?

Chemicals are now staples in 'food' production, so it is no surprise that chemical companies are morphing into food manufacturers.....
Don't play stupid! Do you really think it is super duper fine, that a CHEMICAL Company that once produced Zyklon B (as former IG Farben and it's subsidiary Degesch), is now in involved in FOOD production?
