Justice cannot be served by a civil case alone—this requires prison.
🚨#BREAKING: Six "jailers" have been FIRED after a White inmate in a South Carolina jail run by a Black man DIED OF THIRST on the floor of his cell... covered INCHES-DEEP IN FECES, with the water to his sink SHUT OFF. He drank out of his OWN TOILET to survive He wrote letters to his father pleading for help because he was being tortured because he was White. His name was Gary "Bubba" Blair, he was 43. He was the caregiver for his own elderly father. He had two nephews he adored and a dog named Scrubby. So why was he in jail? In February, Bubba showed up at his sister's house wearing a sheriff's office golf shirt, a security badge, handcuffs, and pepper spray. Deputies arrested him for impersonating a police officer. A judge found he wasn't mentally competent to stand trial and ORDERED the state to place him into treatment on June 3. The South Carolina Office of Mental Health never followed through. Bubba sat in that jail for 181 days waiting for a spot. He passed away 51 days after a judge ordered them to get him help. In April, he write a letter to his father: "I've lost about 90 pounds so far. I'm starving to death in here; only two meals a day, that's it... you starve, and I also have to drink from my toilet and no mattress to sleep on, only a hard ground." "I’ve been abused by staff and assaulted by everyone on the unit; I had to go 28 days without a shower... no help for a white man" "The staff is very nasty to white inmates thanks to Troy Ellerbe and James Dixon." Then in May, Bubba did something that will haunt me. He wrote a letter to a CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE begging for help. The letter had a bad address. It was returned. It never arrived. Meanwhile, sources say the water to his sink was SHUT OFF. His cell floor and walls were covered in feces INCHES DEEP. He was alone. Never let out. Other inmates, who got a few hours out of their cells, told the news they watched Bubba drink toilet water. So they took an empty potato chip bag and filled it with water and pushed it through the food slot in his door!!!!! Most of it spilled before it ever reached him. On July 24th, jailers found him dead on the floor. 49 days later, the autopsy came back. Cause of death: profound dehydration due to DEPRIVATION OF WATER. Manner of death: HOMICIDE. The report also found bed sores on his HEELS, consistent with a man lying on a concrete floor for days at a time. Acute bronchial pneumonia. Profound weight loss. Physical evidence that he had been INGESTING TOILET WATER. He had lost so much weigh and was in such poor condition, his sister and aunt went to the funeral home to see him... they did not recognize his body. The sheriff fired the Black jail administrator 5 days after Bubba died, and refuses to say why. Bubba Blair sang to old folks in nursing homes. He took care of his daddy. He deserved so much better than dying of thirst on a concrete floor. PEOPLE BEING FIRED IS NOT ENOUGH!!!!! THIS IS CRIMINAL!!!!!!! Say his name. Gary "Bubba" Blair. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!!!!

Republican megadonor Tim Mellon has sharply reduced his political giving this cycle after the Senate failed to pass the SAVE America Act, according to The New York Times. Mellon gave nearly $200 million during the 2024 election cycle but has made roughly $3.1 million in publicly disclosed contributions to Republican candidates and groups so far this cycle. The Times reported that Mellon told Republicans he was withholding donations from Senate candidates because lawmakers failed to pass the Trump-backed voting legislation.

I don’t think we veterans need to be thanked as much as we would prefer to see people simply respect one another. Treat each other with kindness. Respect our differences. Look out for your fellow Americans. We fought for a world where people could live in peace and freedom. You want to thank a veteran? Start by treating your fellow human beings with a little more respect. God bless

Thank you, @realDonaldTrump. These individuals did nothing violent, and in the case of Kansans Cox and Kettler, they were fully in compliance with Kansas law.

The daughter, the victim of a violent murder, deserves justice for the life that was unjustly taken from her. Her mother also deserves justice for the loss of her daughter and everything that was taken from her that can never be restored. A truly just system must do more than condemn unjust acts after they occur; it must hold accountable those responsible for committing them—and, when the actions or decisions of those entrusted with administering justice contribute to such a tragedy, it must demand accountability from them as well.

🚨WOW!!! An Ohio principal LOST HIS JOB after refusing to abandon a homeless 16-year-old student who was sleeping in a CAR. He and his wife already had SIX KIDS… but they took him in anyway. When the boy offered to LEAVE so the principal could save his career, he refused. ❤️ His name is Rob Burnside. He had spent 31 YEARS in education and was the principal of Lakota East High School outside Cincinnati. The boy’s name is Landerius “DeDe” Hayes. During DeDe’s junior year, his home life fell apart. He says living with his mother wasn’t safe, his father was dealing with problems of his own, and there were nights when DeDe was sleeping in a car with the heater running because the mobile home where his father was staying was too cold. ...and yet, every morning, he kept showing up to school. Eventually the school learned DeDe’s mother had moved outside the district. Without a qualifying address, DeDe was withdrawn from Lakota East. That’s when Principal Burnside realized this wasn’t just an enrollment problem. This kid didn’t have a freaking HOME. Rob went home and told his wife, Angel, what was happening. Her response was basically: if he needs somewhere to live, he can live with us. Rob and Angel already had SIX CHILDREN, including two they had adopted, but there was a 16-year-old boy out there without a stable place to sleep, and they couldn’t ignore it. The couple prayed about whether they should take DeDe in. Rob has said that just minutes later, his phone buzzed. It was DeDe. “Hey, Mr. Burnside.” Rob looked at his wife and knew they had their answer. DeDe moved in with the Burnsides and suddenly had something he desperately needed: a warm house, food, stability and people who were going to show up for him. While DeDe’s custody and residency situation was being worked out, Burnside allowed him to continue attending classes even though he’d already been withdrawn. The district investigated Burnside for insubordination and raised concerns about enrollment, lunches and liability. He was eventually placed on administrative leave. After 31 YEARS in education, Rob says he was given a choice: step down or go through the termination process. The 16 year old, DeDe, realized Rob’s career was on the line and offered to LEAVE THEIR HOME so Burnside could keep his job. Rob wouldn’t allow it. He hugged DeDe and told him: "You’re part of this family. We’re not gonna turn our back on you.” So Burnside stepped away from the career he’d spent three decades building... and DeDe stayed. The Burnsides eventually became his legal family. DeDe started calling Rob and Angel “Pops and Ma.” Then this past May, Rob Burnside sat in the stands at DeDe’s high school graduation. Not as the principal, just sitting there as a dad, watching the kid he refused to abandon walk across the stage. DeDe is 18 now and is pursuing a career in aviation mechanics. When asked he regretted what happened, Rob simple said: “What value can we put on the life of a young person?” When Rob Burnside had to choose between protecting that career and protecting a homeless kid who needed somebody… He chose the kid. And when that kid offered to sacrifice his own home to repay him… Rob chose him AGAIN. THIS IS THE AMERICA I KNOW!!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

🚨THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES JUST FIRED ITS OWN ELECTION SECURITY CONSULTANTS AFTER THEY DECLARED THE 2026 CALIFORNIA PRIMARY “THE LEAST SECURE ELECTION IN THE STATE’S HISTORY!” They didn’t like the answer they paid for. Los Angeles abruptly ended the contract of the election security consultants it hired after the firm issued a report calling the 2026 California primary the least secure election in the state’s history. Mayor Karen Bass’s response? “We disagree with their assessment.” Let’s be clear: these were the consultants THEY hired. They expected a rubber-stamp report. Instead, they got the truth — and immediately fired the messengers. When even the people you pay to look the other way refuse to play along, you know the election was a disaster. @AmericaPulseNew Share this everywhere so every Californian sees what their leaders do when the truth comes out!

Patrick ‘Tate’ Adamiak’s family is struggling but not losing hope. When Dave Adamiak first heard that his son had been arrested by Joe Biden’s ATF, part of him thought he must have done something wrong. Perhaps ATF agents had found a dozen Glock switches or some other illegal device during their search warrant of his son’s home. Dave Adamiak, who will be 71 in October, grew up with the utmost respect for law enforcement, especially federal law enforcement, back when they arrested bad guys and protected the innocent from harm. The federal agents wouldn’t make a mistake, right? But the ATF found absolutely nothing illegal in Patrick “Tate” Adamiak’s home, so agents concocted a myriad of fake charges for non-functional artifacts and gun parts that were purchased online—all of which remain legal to own. When Dave Adamiak learned about how ATF agents chose to investigate his son—he had a popular website—how they bamboozled a judge into issuing a search warrant—agents falsely claimed he had a machinegun—and what they found—he had absolutely nothing illegal—his whole opinion changed about the ATF and federal law enforcement—especially if they’re working for Joe Biden. “Tate was railroaded over complete lies. Everything they brought up in court was lies. Tate spent more than $50,000 on lawyers who didn’t defend him. They let the prosecutors roll with all the nonsense,” Dave Adamiak said. “Everything about this case smells like three-day-old fish. Facts are stubborn things, but the government didn’t want to see them. How does a judge have the power to shut down the truth? The truth should set you free, but the ATF tampered with it—especially the evidence. They lied to the judge and to the jury.” The Adamiak family expected more from President Trump, who has been in office 555 days. Adamiak’s father was sure his son would be pardoned or somehow released, but Tate has remained in prison for 1,379 days. After all, he did nothing wrong, yet a federal judge gave him a massive 20-year prison sentence, which even the current ATF Director, Robert Cekada, said was far too much. Dave Adamiak believed Tate would be pardoned earlier this month, after media reports indicated that President Trump was going to pardon 250 inmates, but of course nothing happened. Tate remains locked inside a dangerous county jail, and no one will say why he wasn’t moved back to a federal prison. “With all the attention that Tate’s case has received, I thought President Trump would have reacted in a positive way, especially after seeing what they did to Tate and how it’s so similar to what they did to him. But he—President Trump—had attorneys to keep him out of prison,” Dave Adamiak said. “With all the attention Tate’s receiving, I thought this would have gotten onto his radar, and that he would have done the right thing and pardoned Tate.” Dave Adamiak still has nothing but respect for the president. “I still hope he will do the right thing about Tate,” he said. “I’ve been fighting for my son for four years. We thought we were at a pretty good place when President Trump was elected, and this would have all been done. We’re getting close to September now. Another month has gone by and Tate’s in a dangerous county jail.” Remaining positive Matthew “Tucker” Adamiak, 39, is seven years older than his brother Tate. The two remain incredibly close. “When Tate joined the Navy, it was always tough,” Tucker said. “I always looked forward to him coming home on leave. We would cram as much into those weeks as possible. That’s what I always looked forward to, or just working together at the house helping dad.” Tucker got a call shortly after Tate’s arrest. “We were blindsided by the entire thing from day one,” he said. “I was at work. I immediately drove over to my dad’s house, and we were like in shock for weeks until we found out what happened. Once we learned the details, we were relieved. We believed there’s no way that any of this would ever stick in court. When he had his trial, we were waiting for the call to hear he’d been found not guilty. When we heard he was found guilty, my heart just sunk. When the judge sentenced him to 240 months, when I realized that was 20 years, my jaw just hit the ground.” Since Tate’s sentencing, Tucker has tried to stay positive even though it’s been extremely difficult. “I think it’s important for people to know that we have court sentences there for a reason, but sometimes they get it wrong, and I 100-percent believe that’s what happened in Tate’s case. There are innocent people in prison and Tate is one of them,” Tucker said. “Throughout my life I’ve heard stories of people being incarcerated for crimes he didn’t commit and are later found not guilty. It never related to me until this whole ordeal began with Tate.” His brother’s incarceration has impacted Tucker. “It’s affected me in so many ways. When someone in your family is sick with cancer, your entire family is affected. Even though I’m not personally going through that, I would compare it to having someone incarcerated. Even though I’m not incarcerated with Tate, I’m in my own little prison. Everyone who’s going through this with him is in their own prison, too,” he said. “It makes me feel guilty just going through life, waking up next to someone you love, going to work, eating healthy meals—every time I think about my brother, I think how he’s missing that. I have remained positive, which is difficult. I’ve never lost hope that one day all of this will be corrected, and that one day I’ll be able to see my brother again, outside of prison.” Tucker and Dave Adamiak were extremely grateful for the support they have received from the Second Amendment community. “Tate has the most incredible crew of friends, starting with our dad, friends from childhood, the military, gun owners,” Tucker said. “He really didn’t even have to be there right now. He was offered plea deals, but he never took them. He stood up to the government. When he asked me what I thought he should do, deep down I hoped he would go against the government, but I was scared, especially with their unlimited resources. He didn’t want to give up his rights. To this day he remains innocent, in everyone’s eyes but the government’s.” Tucker and his dad created “bug-out bags,” which they’ll grab and then jump in the car when Tate’s released from prison. “They’re getting a bit dusty,” Dave Adamiak said. Takeaways The Second Amendment Foundation’s Investigative Journalism Project sent an email to President Trump’s media team. It consisted of only one question: “Why hasn’t President Trump pardoned Patrick ‘Tate’ Adamiak?” So far, the White House has not responded. The Second Amendment Foundation’s Investigative Journalism Project wouldn’t be possible without you. Click here to make a tax-deductible donation to support pro-gun stories like this. @2AFDN

A Muslim is not a race, not an ethnicity, not even a religion, it’s a totalitarian belief system that turns people into sleepwalkers trapped in a 7th-century dream state. They believe without knowing, obey without questioning, and love an idea more than actual human beings. What makes a Muslim a Muslim, when according to their own rules, most self-proclaimed Muslims don’t qualify?

I would not want to be remembered by the American people as the leader who refused to advance legislation designed to restore integrity to our election process. Such a betrayal would forever brand both the man and his legacy with shame, and follow him for the rest of his days, never to be forgotten by the American people.

Hello Senator Thune, Let's expose what you're really doing with "reconciliation." You announced it yesterday, eleven months after the House passed the SAVE America Act. You're not trying to pass this bill. You're trying to kill it in a way you can blame on process. Here's how we know: Reconciliation requires the Senate parliamentarian to rule that provisions are "budgetary." Citizenship verification is not budgetary. Photo ID mandates are not budgetary. The parliamentarian will gut the bill. Then you'll shrug and say "we tried." We see through you. Meanwhile, you WON'T use the tools that actually work: Rule XIX limits each senator to two speeches per legislative day. Keep the Senate in continuous session, file cloture daily, and the filibuster exhausts in ~12-20 days. You dismissed it as "complicated." Because if you tried and succeeded, you'd have to actually pass the bill. Harry Reid nuked the filibuster in 2013 when he wanted results. Mitch McConnell changed Senate rules THREE times and canceled the August recess. Chuck Schumer used reconciliation within months on a 50-50 Senate. You have 53 seats. You've changed nothing, canceled nothing, and waited eleven months. Now let's talk donors: • Goldman Sachs: $150K to you - top H-1B user • Google: $75K - lobbies against E-Verify • Meta: $72.5K - Zuckerberg's FWD[.]us pushes mass immigration • Wells Fargo: $90K - banks undocumented immigrants Same corporations sponsor Punchbowl News, where you sit for "Fly Out Days" which nobody watches except Congress staffers and K Street lobbyists who pays premium bucks for legislative intelligence. Their reporter then telegraphs to the audience the SAVE Act "will ultimately fail." Corporate money flows to you AND to the outlet that frames your inaction as inevitable. We see the loop. You called grassroots anger a "paid influencer ecosystem." YOU are the paid influencer. You take the wrong side of a 80% issue because you are indistinguishable from a K Street mouthpiece, and an ineffective one to boot who won't bend the rules to get anything passed. What we want: 1. Force a real talking filibuster. 2. Stop hiding behind process. 3. Pass the SAVE America Act. YOU will become the reason that we will have our butts kicked in midterms. Not Candace Owens, not Nick Fuentes, not anyone else. You and you alone, and all because you want to make the 200 or so viewers of Punchbowl Fly Out Days happy. You're living in a K Street information bubble, addicted to the comforts and praises of lobbyists masquerading as journalists. You mistake the steak and martini dinners you get invited to as your own constituents. You are not "moderate." The SAVE America Act has 98% support among Republicans. Name one other thing that has 98% support. You are an extreme minority who prides himself on being a calm leader, when in reality you are well in the running for the most ineffective Majority leader of all time. Prove me wrong. Do the bare modicum of effort. Not symbolic. Actual effort. Cancel the recess. Get SAVE America Act passed.

***Please allow yourself some time to take in this article*** Reading this article conjures the image of a colossal box jellyfish drifting through dark waters, trailing millions of translucent, venomous tentacles behind it—each one poised to extinguish the life of any unfortunate creature that fails to sense the danger in time.
This is the longform version of the master plan to remake America’s government, a plan I’ve outlined in pieces across various threads. The protests and foreign-policy interventions are all moving toward the same end: a transformed American system of governance designed to prevent another Trump from ever taking power again. In effect, the United States has become its own democratic-transition project. We are living through a color revolution. Read more below.
