My father died of a heart attack at only 39 years old.
I’ve always kept an eye on my health because of that history. Now, I’m walking every day and taking a GLP-1 so I can be around for my family.
My health journey isn’t over, but sharing this might help others.

This is how screwed up the Democratic Party is. I’ve got a prosecutor here in Fairfax County who doesn’t give a whit about the safety of our community and regularly releases depraved criminals. Now Virginia Governor Spanberger is using her Attorney General to punish our law enforcement agencies for doing their jobs! I can’t with these people; I just can’t.
Now, Virginia Attorney General Jay Jones is cracking down on local law enforcement agencies that are working with ICE to arrest and deport illegal immigrants.

Mamdani is a monster.
I am deeply saddened by the death of a New Yorker in City custody at a jail on Rikers Island early this morning. My thoughts are with his family and loved ones as they grieve this loss.
We do not yet know the cause of death, but we do know that too many New Yorkers have died on Rikers Island. The Department of Correction and its oversight partners will investigate the circumstances surrounding his death.
Our administration is fully committed to the critical work of creating better conditions in our city’s jail system and closing Rikers Island as quickly as possible.
